945-221 MINI OSBORNE
Fans and collectors of the Osborne family- one of Benchmade’s most iconic designs-will notice the classic reverse tanto blade shape coupled with a brand-new pattern on the Damasteel® blade. Called Ægir™, the pattern is inspired from Norse mythology, and takes design cues from the Baltic Sea. The new design has fat carbon “Arctic Storm” handles with flowing blue accents and gold-plated floating back spacers which give this limited edition Osborne a cold look, like the chilling waters off Sweden’s coast. This one-of-a-kind knife rounds out the 940 Osborne family with eye-catching styling to augment an EDC collection. Like all Gold Class knives, this Osborne is not an ordinary design and will sell out fast.

Drooling. Thanks for sharing.
thanks for checking it out
WOW! I've been into knives for almost a year now. I mostly buy Spyderco and Civivi so far. I really dig the looks of these Gold Class Benchmades. I want to try a new company next.
Thanks for showing these amazing knives.
Benchmade has some really good knives. Just be aware of the price tag that, comes with this particular model, and other Gold Class products 🤘
Love at first sight,
On point Review 👌
Much appreciated
I own one gold class, the Tengu. It is outstanding, so many exotic materials, plus a shark skin leather sheath that is crazy soft and awesome.
I actually had the chance to grab that one as well. No pocket clip, killed it. Otherwise, gorgeous knife.
@@Jef that’s what I thought at first, but gotten used to, almost enjoy throwing the slip in pocket. Clips sometimes scratch stuff or get caught on something and bent. I still prefer a clip though 😆
on my bugout when the knife is open and i pull down on the axis lock it drops down with no resistance at all and closes. Does this one do the same? I didnt see you drop shut it.
A good looking knife for sure. 👍👍👍
🤘
Thats a beauty for sure
I don't have many I can truly say that about, but this one fits the bill :)
@@Jef yes sir i see that
Dam that's a beautiful knife.ive got the black g10 one and love it,but my god the gold class is just outstanding. Enjoy mate and love to you both from me and sally.
Thanks Paddy! Connie said she dropped in on your live stream this morning for a bit, but she didn't chat any. She sends her love as well
Beautiful!
👊
Beautifule knife man
Thanks! 👊
I got mines for 500 I got a real good relationship with my knife dealer and it was their last one 😅
Hell yea 👏
Awesome price!
Nice looking knife. Some type of enhanced clip would have been nice. The 945 is one of my favorites. I have the one with green alum scales. Have carried my 940 much since getting it.
Enhanced clip would be welcomed. I didn’t even consider that. 940 is a fantastic edc.
when its opened and you hit the axis lock does it drop shut with no resistance? My bugout does that and I really like that about it
Yes it drops shut. You can tighten the pivot a hair and prevent that. There is a fine line between dropping shut, and blade play. This one is dialed in, but with continual use, the blade will eventually start to wobble. Loctite or plumbers tape, on the pivot threads, can help hold the tension, where you want. I haven’t yet added either to this one, as i rarely carry it.
I have a bug out and it’s easy to open and close. I’m afraid this Osborne mini will be too small to drop shut close without hitting my palm. Do you find it comfortable to drop shut close."?
I have found it does hit my palm. There are ways to mitigate it of course. Changing your hand position and such. The size isnt the most comfortable, but the looks make it worth the effort
Does it glow in the dark?
lol no it doesn’t.
@@Jef ahh I can’t remember which one it is, but one of the gold class knives does 😂
Gorgeous! Not loving that gold back spacer. It's a little tacky. Would have been nicer with matching blue but that's just me.
That blade though! WOW!
Nice collection.
Cheers! 🍻
Why did you buy a knife with a coated blade if you hate them? But seriously, I know things like that happen. Beautiful knives.
Been awhile since i made this video. I imagine i bought a coated blade bc that was the only option for that model.
