    腌制鱼:700克鱼片、1茶勺盐、少许胡椒粉、1个蛋清、2勺玉米淀粉
    其他材料:1块生姜、100克咸菜、1颗番茄、1把青葱、1把香菜、200克江鱼仔、1大把米粉、1500毫升清水、1勺冰糖、100毫升淡奶、1瓶盖绍兴酒
    1)把咸菜、姜&葱白爆香,加入江鱼仔一起炒然后加入1500毫升清水&1勺冰糖,焖煮30分钟
    2)热锅热油,中火把鱼片炸至金黄色捞出
    3)把汤里的渣捞出,加入青葱、香菜&番茄再加入少许胡椒粉&100毫升淡奶盖上盖子焖煮5分钟
    4)最后加入1瓶盖的绍兴酒即可
    5)把米粉烫熟,装碗放入鱼块倒入汤,香喷喷的鱼片米粉就好了❤️

    1) Sauté salted pickles mustard, ginger & spring onion until fragrant, add in anchovies and fry together, then add 1500ml water & 1 tbsp lump sugar, simmer for 30 minutes
    2) Heat oil in a hot pan, fry the fish fillets on medium heat until golden brown and remove
    3) Remove the ingredient from the soup, add green onion, coriander & tomato, add a little pepper & 100ml evaporated milk, cover and simmer for 5 minutes
    4) Finally, add 1 bottle cup of Shaoxing wine.
    5) Boil the Bee Hoon, put the fish in a bowl and pour into the soup, the Fish Bee Hoon is Done! ❤️
