    GROUPER FISH HEAD & BONE 石斑鱼头&鱼骨
    SUBMERGE IN TAP WATER 浸泡在水(25 MIN)
    GREEN ONIONS 青葱 (2 STALKS) CHOP INTO SECTIONS 切段
    SLICE GINGER 姜切片 (50g)
    TOMATOES CUT INTO WEDGES 番茄切块 (2 PCS)
    CHOP CHINESE CABBAGE 白菜切段 (6 SLICES)
    SOUR PICKLED GREEN MUSTARD 酸菜 (100g) - WASHED & SQUEEZE DRY 洗净沥干 CHOP FINELY 切碎
    WASH FISH HEAD & BONE 洗净鱼头&鱼骨
    FISH FILLET CLEAN & PAT DRY 鱼肉洗净后擦干 CUT INTO PIECES 切块
    MARINATE FILLET 腌鱼肉(30 MIN)
    SHAO XING WINE 绍兴酒 (1/2 TSP)
    WHITE PEPPER 胡椒粉 (1/4 TSP)
    SALT 盐 (1/2 TSP)
    MARINATE FISH HEAD & BONE 腌鱼头&鱼骨30 MIN)
    SHAO XING WINE绍兴酒 (1 TSP)
    SALT 盐 (1 TSP)
    WHITE PEPPER 胡椒粉 (1/2 TSP)
    COAT FISH WITH CORN FLOUR 沾上粟粉
    DEEP FRY TILL GOLDEN BROWN 炸至金黄色
    DRAIN & SET ASIDE 捞起沥干备用
    ADD OIL IN A POT 锅里加入油 (1 TBSP)
    ADD GINGER 加入姜, GREEN ONION 青葱 (WHITE STEM), SOUR PICKLED GREEN MUSTARD 酸菜 - STIR FRY TILL FRAGRANT 爆香
    ADD IN FISH HEAD & BONE 加入鱼头&鱼骨
    ADD IN HOT WATER TO COVER THE FISH 加入热水
    BRING TO BOIL 大火煮滚
    ADD IN CABBAGE 加入白菜 (WHITE STEM)
    ROCK SUGAR 冰糖 (2 PCS)
    COVER AND SIMMER 盖锅小火焖煮(1 HOUR)
    COOK THICK BEE HOON 跟着包装指示煮粗米粉 (FOLLOW INSTRUCTION ON THE PACKET)
    FISH SOUP IS READY 鱼汤煮好
    BOIL SOUP IN CLAYPOT 鱼汤放入瓦煲煮滚(APPROX 400ml)
    REMOVE EXCESS OIL 去除浮油
    ADD IN TOMATO 加入番茄, GREEN ONION 青葱,CABBAGE LEAVES 白菜叶
    EVAPORATED MILK 淡奶 (60ml)
    WHITE PEPPER 胡椒粉
    SALT TO TASTE 盐少许
    ADD IN BEE HOON 加入米粉
    GROUPER FISH FRIED FILLET 炸石斑鱼块
    SHAO XING WINE 绍兴酒
    DONE 完成
