    Pepper half tsp
    Light Soy Sauce 2tbsp
    Oyster Sauce 2tbsp
    Shaoxing Wine 1tbsp
    Cornstarch 1tbsp
    Sesame Oil
    Chicken Bone Soup Base
    Ginger Slices
    Garlic 5 cloves
    Spring Onion (white end)
    Onion
    Chinese Cabbage (half)
    Yam half pc (fried until golden brown)
    Carrot 1 stick
    Tomato 1 pc
    [Steps]
    Prepare the fish head
    Wash the fish head and pat dry with kitchen paper
    Marinate with the following for half an hour
    * 1 teaspoon salt
    * 1/2 teaspoon pepper
    * 2tbsp light soya sauce
    * 2tbsp of oyster sauce
    * 1 tbsp shaoxing wine
    * 1tbsp cornstarch
    * sesame oil (to taste)
    Deep-fried until golden brown
    Prepare a pot and put a tablespoon of oil
    Stir-fry the ginger and garlic until golden brown
    Add spring onion and onion continue sauté
