I mean if you’re training under Tom there’s no bad days unless you push yourself too much with the wrong workouts. It’s easy to see how any runner gets good with Tinman training, no wonder a HS sophomore is already as good as Joey in the mile lol

Hate Running? Ah...maybe you're doing it wrong? In my experience, the worst day running is better than the best day not running. I get it: somedays its tough to get out the door. But in probably 12,000 plus days of running over the last 40 years, I can honestly say that I have never, ever, come back from a run and said to myself: "Now why the hell did I just do that?".

what if my problem is mostly mental? i just get bored. i ran for 2 months with headphones on. but now even with headphones i just get bored after a mile or two. I usally ran 6 miles a day but now i can’t. not because my body wont hut my mind gets bored af. is running just not for me??
