Yes, I include Maruv here. Her national final performance was really good and it's really rare to see a stylish, elegant, sexy concept in Eurovision.

My fav that year, you can't help but move your body when you listen to them.
    2. 2007
Verka is an icon, and this is a really fun song, but I have a special memory with this song. At 2017, a TV channel in my country broadcasted Spy movie for the first time, and I watched together with my sibling, cousins, and grandparents. When Dancing Lasha Tumbai performed there, my grandfather said that Verka looks so cool like a robot and praise the technology nowadays. But some months after that, my grandfather passed away and Verka was my one of my last memory with my grandfather. Everytime I listen to Dancing Lasha Tumbai, I remember my grandfather.

    My rank is here:
    1) 2010 (I just love it, it's amazing 😍 one of the very few years where their win would've been deserved 👏👏👏)
    2) 2020 (very "Tulia meets electronic", but still not bad...and big + for singing in national language!)
    3) 2007 (well...it's Verka 🤣 and also that song was one of the few ones I knew before I even started watching the contest...and it makes me laugh and want to dance everytime I hear it 🤣🤣🤣)
    4) 2006 (good upbeat song with folk influences and also performed very well... the moment she sings with the microphone being held quite far from her mouth 😮😮😮)
    5) 2008 (good song, well prepared performance...everything done pretty well and this would've make a nice and deserving winner of that year)
    6) 2017 (not bad rock song, quite underrated IMO...but there should've been a clock not a big head behind them on stage...like, what the heck?!)
--------------- from here there are songs I didn't know where to place bc of mixed feelings towards most of them...well, except 2012 because I just can't stand it 🤣 ---------------
    7) 2009 (massive chaos on stage, but the song is still quite catchy, even if being a "guilty pleasure" 🤣)
    8) 2005 (this one got the only 12pts from my country...well, there was even a kind of local "answer" recorded by some then-popular local rappers in cooperation with Greenjolly🤣🤣🤣🤣 as much as it's not my favourite, it's still not that bad)
    9) 2004 (tbh I'm not so fond of any of their winners, but if I had to choose the one I prefer I still would choose that one but it would be a choice of a kind "because I had to choose")
    10) 2013 (hey, Lion King called and wanted the song back 🤣🤣🤣 but at least she looked beautiful...anyway IMO Gravity was/is still quite overrated)
    11) 2014 (she looked quite good but I'm not so fond of the song, also IMO it was a little too overrated)
    12) 2018 (another song which is not my cup of tea, for some weird reason I find this all annoying but at the same time chorus is pretty catchy 🤣🤣🤣)
    13) 2016 (sorry, as much as I like some of her songs that one is just not my cup of tea)
[here would've been 2019 if it was their entry]
    14) 2011 (just boring, even the sand art trick doesn't make me fall for it...heavily overrated)
    15) 2003 (meh)
    16) 2012 (everything here just screams "last place in final" for me, how the heck did it got 14th???? XDDDDD I wonder how Max Barskikh with "Dance" would've done...🤔)

Ukraine is a pretty decent country in ESC. However, I haven't really got anything to say about them, so if my comments are short, you'll get it. Here's my opinion!
    16. 2012 - 1,5/10
This song is really annoying to me. Especially her voice.
    15. 2009 - 4/10
Not a fan of this one. It's not bad, but it does have a few annoying moments. I don't like the chorus as well.
    14. 2014 - 4,5/10
    Too generic for me.
    13. 2016 - 5/10
Yeah, this one won, yeah, this one has a message. Jamala has got a great voice, but the song is a bit boring for me.
    12. 2003 - 6/10
An okay fast paced track. It hasn't aged well, so I'm leaving it down here for now.
    11. 2005 - 6/10
It has a nice rhythm and the chorus is catchy, but the rap parts bring this song down.
    10. 2006 - 7/10
This song would have worked much better if they didn't repeat the chorus so damn often. Still a good song, though.
    9. 2008 - 7/10
Nice staging, good performance, but I've never been the biggest fan of the song.
    8. 2011 - 8/10
The song is rather simple, but it works well! And the sand art was a great staging idea!
    7. 2020 - 8,5/10
Damn, electronic and ethnic. I like it!
    6. 2004 - 8,5/10
Great winner, I really like the instrumental, and Ruslana's energy is a huge plus!
    5. 2018 - 8,5/10
The staging was really good, loved it. The song itself is also one that I really like!
    4. 2013 - 9/10
Something about this track works so well. Maybe it's the great chorus, maybe it's Zlata's awesome vocals.
    3. 2010 - 9,5/10
Cool, mysterious song with a nice instrumental which gives me metal vibes.
    2. 2017 - 9,5/10
Very underrated. I actually voted for this back in 2017, these guys are a great metal band! One thing I missed is the epic timer from the national selection, though.
    1. 2007 - 10/10
Is there anything to say about this? This entry is truly iconic, ridiculous, catchy and fun, and boy, do I love it. Verka Serduchka has become one of Eurovision's biggest icons for a reason. If this won back in 2007, we would have had one of the most interesting winners ever.

I like Dancing Lasha Tumbai but I really wouldn't like it if it had beat Molitva 😂

@@eurovisiongal7007 My grandad really wanted Ukraine to win in 2007, he didn't really like Serbia that much, he loved Ukraine though.
And Gravity is my favourite song of alltime!

I love Ukraine but some of their entries I think were a bit overrated. (Melovin)

I actually find him a little underrated in the results, but it's one of those more subjective entries 😂 pretty simple pop song performed by a guy with a huuuge personality.

omg yes 2018 was so overrated

Great not only I seem to not like this 😂 When it was last in the jury results, there was a very tiny moment I was like "it got what it might have deserved" XDDDDD
Kinda funny is that I know by heart the lyrics to first verse and chorus XDDDDDDD (and as much as I dislike the song, I need to admit the chorus is quite memorable)

@@eurovisiongal7007 Melovin is a character and I can't deny that but the song didn't do anything for me and while his vocals were by no means bad they weren't anything special also the performance had far too much going on for me to love it. Still love your number one choice. Jamala was incredible and 1944 is second only to hear them calling in my favourites of 2016
