I didn't mean this in a bad way and it did come out as negative, so I do apologize. It is indeed a big difference from the length she had before, I guess I just remembered when she used to have a bob cut above her shoulders and I was expecting to see that again, so I thought it was funny that it was still quite a bit longer than that.

I have the same problem as well. So I have donated a lot of things I'm no longer using, and I only buy clothing that are made with non-syntheitc fibres and if I really, really love it. Doing that has really helped and I'm saving more money now since I've implemented that change.

I use Headspace right now as a meditation app and I TOTALLY get the competitive feeling you get with the streaks. I turned it into my advantage point, because that's how I almost 'forced' myself into meditating every day. I knew it would benefit my mental health and improve my mood in a better way if I'd meditate every single day. Started in August, I'm hitting my 180-day-streak in a few days and I'm feeling so good.

i had really long hair for a while and finally cut it all off last may and i love it!! i definitely used mine as a "security blanket" too. sometimes i miss my long hair, but its fun to switch it up and it grows back so quick when its healthy! :) yours looks great!

Hey jen! Some advices for learning Korean: surround yourself with the language in your day to day life. That is how you will learn a language faster. As a kid i was really americanized and didnt know Korean and i had a sucky pronunciation and knew no words. I noticed how i felt left out in the korean community (there were quite a lot of koreans in my state) and so i tried to be "in" by catching up on kdramas/kshows and listening to korean music. My parents told me that it helped me learn so fast, they noticed how much better i could speak and understand. I read korean webtoons/novels too to help me read faster! It didn't feel like i was learning because I was enjoying every moment of it!
The tricks work for every language we're learning 👍🏼

I was literally on the bus home, saw the header for your video, and took that as a sign to get my hair chopped as soon as I got off. Chopped off about 4 inches of dead, dry hair and although I don’t love the length, I love how much healthier my hair is again. Thanks Jenn 😍
