Okay but honestly, that your glass thing might be a game changer. As someone whose work day is a big blur and chaos sprinkled with 10+ calendar reminders and meetings daily, that would help me need my phone less and be more cognizant. Off to order one for everyone at work. 💜
I've been feelings weird and restless all day and when Jenn talked about cleaning helping her feel at ease I literally paused the video, got up and sorted through my wardrobe (konmari style ;) ) for an hour and feel a lot better now. Thank you for helping me feel better toay!
Cleaning has always been therapy for me. I worked as a housekeeper at large hotel in college which also happened to be a rough time, and always found cleaning helped me also clean my mind of the nonsense and anxiety. I still end up cleaning when I’m stressed or anxious now, almost 10 years later. Works like a charm 👌

Hey Jenn!🤗 I too have been watching plenty of organisation/declutter/cleaning videos/vlogs (including yours lol)
It has been proven that there is a positive impact on our mental health from having a clean and organised home. You don't have to go over the top, a little bit everyday and ensuring everything has a home/place is enough. This is so you know where everything belongs each time it is used. The very practice of doing the initial sort out and then the regular practice of maintaining it is known to reduce stress and be positive overall. Our own surrounding environment is something we can control and that certainly helps us mentally. You are very self aware and are doing a wonderful job sharing positivity, knowledge and wisdom with your audience xxx 🔥

A suggestion for your office space: if you want to change your desk to be less white without chucking it out, you can buy a skin for the top surface. Kinda like a wallpaper. It's an adhesive and you can trim it and everything. You could even apply it to your shelves too :)

I can totally relate to what you said about letting out negative emotions with cleaning our living spaces. It really is the best thing to do. It might be tiring but the result is never disappointing. It leaves you nothing but satisfied, happy, and clear minded, just a much better state of mind 😊

Aww that felt so short! I love watching organizing and decorating your area kind of videos so this was really fun and satisfying to watch! My fave was Ben's work room. It looks great! I can't wait to see when the shelves come in and they get to decorate it! Jenn reorganizing and cleaning her desk makes me want to clean my desk too. And I totally agree when she mentioned that concept about cleaning. Cleaning helps me calm down plus my surroundings look nice and neat after so it's a great stress reliever for me.

The cleaning thing is so funny, I always do that. My family knows when I'm really stressed or upset because I always start randomly cleaning something. It's the best stress reliever, at least for me. I had a really bad day a few months ago and my hubby asked hoe many times did I clean that day lol
