To get the “nice cream” consistency freeze your açaí packets!! & use frozen bananas!! First start with a LITTLE liquid and then add as u go. When you’re blending, Make sure you’re stopping to mix it as you go (if you don’t have the blender with the stick haha)

as someone with an eating disorder this felt so good to watch instead of what i eat in a day videos where people eat tiny portions and it only triggers my bad eating habits. thank you for this and i have new recipe ideas that ill treat myself to

loved this Jenn! Saw a great variety of cuisines and healthy-levels and love that you even put the timestamps of when you ate. As someone who gets hungry super often I feel self conscious that I eat every few hours, but seeing you healthily do it is very inspiring. Please make more cooking vids :)
It's actually good to eat often! I get hungry very often too, I eat like 8 smaller meals in a day that equate to 3 really big meals. Do whatever works for your body
some people have very fast metabolisms and need to eat super often and others don't. My mate whom is the same age and gender has to eat 2,700 calories and every hour in oder to maintain her weight or she loses it too fast. I have to eat 1600 calories to maintain. Similar exercise levels too. Everyone is different, don't be ashamed of just being you

Hey Jenn!!, READ THIS PLEASE :) for the acai bowl YOU NEED to blend all the ingredients FROZEN. And don't add any water or milk. It's kinda hard at the beginning (for the blender) but at the end, your acai bowl is gonna be like ICE CREAM ITS SO GOOD
I'm really hurting cat all I've got left in my freezer is a freezer burned hotdog and some left over kraft dinner. The buns on my counter top are green and yellow and I'm hungry. Do you have any suggestions for my hunger pains?

You have the most yummy “what I eat” I’ve ever watched in youtube. Most of the others especially the holistic foods and lifestyle doesn’t look yummy. But your’s looks much fuller to stomach yet healthy but not the “diet” type where you feel you are restricted..

Jenn, I don't know how much work it took to put this video together but I hope you do more of these what I ate in a week! I LOVED seeing this, it made eating "right" and "healthy" feel SO approachable with the eating of leftovers, even ordering dominos once, and even just seeing the genuine reactions to what you were eating. I really hope there's more of this in the future!

I'm glad this is a more realistic kind of what I eat in a week. I've seen ones where all they eat is healthy foods. Like if they can do that that's great BUT for most people they cant do that. You have a nice variety of foods.

I’m so tired of cooking and I’m losing ideas of what to eat, these are definitely up my alley thanks for posting!
If you want more/different ideas than these, this week I’ve made:
veggie sloppy joes (mostly lentils and cauliflower! Super filling and healthy 😋), vegan gumbo, ratatouille and rice, pumpkin pasta, tomato soup and open faced grilled cheese (Amy’s tomato bisque is great and gives me a break from cooking) and individual pizzas with sautéed veggies! 💕 it is so easy to get stuck in a rut. Hope this helps/isn’t pushy!😜☺️

For the Acai bowls, I noticed in your other video that the acai packet wasn't frozen, you're supposed to freeze them and then just run it under hot water long enough to get it out of the packet but not fully melted. That way its not watery it'll turn out thick. :)

This was so pleasing to watch and I really appreciate the timestamps! I always get conscious when having my meals, like I like to have breakfast food even when it's supposedly a "brunch" since it's past 11am, and when I had my dinner too early before 6pm I'd have rounds of snacks after. It just feels good to see that others doing it like I do too hahaha!

I usually watch your what i eat in a day as inspirations for meals but this video of what i eat in a week really cracks me up (guilty of all the decision changes and leftover meals). i really connect with you on these meals in this video. i use to be able to manage my meals and do school and work similar to this but it went down hill due to work scheduling me more hours at weird times. but watching this really motivated me to get back to having a better eating schedule 💟
This brought things into perspective for me! Jenn seems to have a lot of healthy small meals throughout a day, while I only eat about 2 times and end up eating lots of bad stuff before, after and in-between those meals... I'll try to make an effort to eat more throughout the day!
UsorThem07 she hardly eat 3 meal a day and a snack. Most days , only 2 meals and a snack. She is heady consuming 1000-1400 calories a day and the 1400 calories is a stretch.
