Hey everyone! 🤙🏼
After speaking to the good people at Punch Equipment, for the month of October they’re doing a 25% off for both Fuerte Elite AND Ultra Models!!!
If you’re wondering about the Ultra model, it’s actually a Winning inspired glove, and in currently in the process of training with them at the gym. I know I haven’t done a review on them yet, but they are the best Winning style/ clone glove I’ve used. Yes, better than c17, win 1, and a few others. They’re amazing gloves and I’m surprised more people don’t know about them.
The Ultras also have a super broken in feel, comfortable hand compartment, and the padding is very Winning like, balanced, but a little more on the cushy side.
Can’t wait to do the review! 🥊🤙🏼🔥

I recently picked up their ULTRA face saver. These guys are no joke... They manage the same weight as winning while using genuine leather. The padding, stitching, and quality on their products are excellent. I may pick up their mexican fuerte headguard next. I have no reason to get an fg5000; and I prefer their lining since it prevents movement. Honestly, I think with a little more exposure, they could be winning's strongest competition. The one downside I saw on the face savers are that winning uses sizes.
Really like your videos. Thanks for doing this.
Thanks! Appreciate it 🙏🏼
Keep up the good work man! Always check out your reviews before buying gloves! Appreciate your knowledge and insight! Keep it up bro! 👌🤙
Thanks brother! Appreciate the support 🙏🏼
Thank you for reviewing this brand! it's not well known
No prob! Appreciate the support!
Bought these after seeing your review. They feel amazing.
Awesome! Glad they worked out well for you!
how do they feel when making a fist?
Yohanes Pradono quiet good
How long did they take to get delivered to your house?
@@luisalvarado6928 Hey mate, I live in Australia so bought them locally.
VERY UNDERRATED BRAND!
THE BRAND IS A AUSTRALIAN COMPANY! THIS BRAND IS CHEAP IN AUSTRALIA.
I LOVE THIS BRAND THANK YOU FOR THESE REVIEW 😁
THE PUNCH BLACK DIAMOND MUAY THAI GLOVES ARE EVEN BETTER !
Hello,
Thanks again for the earlier reply. One last question...Could you tell me which glove provides better hand, wrist, and knuckle protection, this glove or the Combat Corner one sparring glove. (I wouldn't spring for the Ultras, too expensive right now), but they have a deal on this glove in the hybrid version.) I'm looking for a comfortable glove with great support for under $200. Thanks again. Brandon
Hi, You make amazing reviews, thank you very much! Questions: Fuerte Elite Vs C17s2 ? What is you list of most comfortable gloves ever ?
Fuerte
I hope you remember but i didnt get the everlast mx gloves, instead i got the cleto reyes 10 oz gloves (horsehair). The padding feel way different than anything ive ever tried before but ill have to see how they hold up, they just came in today
Cool! Hope you enjoy using them!
Great video dude!! Any chance you get to watch the Spence vs Porter fight this past weekend?
Thanks man! Yeah I did, it was a
Must watch! Great card all around, even the lopez Molina fight was great. Benavidez is our local favorite here in AZ and he did what I expected him to do. Spence Porter was an amazing fight, it was great to see Spence pushed to his limits and Porter did a great job. Hopefully Spence will face Crawford or Pacquiao next
Hello how would you compare these to the RIVAL RFX-GUERRERO-V BAG GLOVES - HDE-F I’m looking a good pair of bag gloves
Used these gloves for about a year. Weren't too bad. Felt comfortable and good for sparing. A little light on the padding I thought. Down side was the leather began to tear at the cuff. Was pretty disappointed. Lower quality leather in my opinion. I think I had an earlier version of the glove because mine look a bit different. Mine also didn't have double stitching. Punch are trying to make a mid tier glove and equipment. Better than the crap you buy like everlast, but not as high quality as the Mexicans make.
Thanks for your feedback on these gloves, hopefully they were an earlier model and Punch has improved on them. I’ve seen them around for a while now and happy to have tried them. The new Fuerte Ultra model quality is really good, obviously not winning level, but the glove is super comfortable and the padding is perfectly balanced imo. The leather is very nice as well and probably around the same quality as infinitude.
im Australian, and i really wanted to get 12oz cleto reyes gloves to get more feedback and pop and the heavy bag, but these gloves are about $100AUD cheaper then reyes' here and i got them in 12oz and im very happy with them, thankyou for your reviews.
No prob
Can you share me link
Hey Carlo, any big delay in getting these gloves? Went to their site to purchase, and there isn’t a contact phone #. All done through email I suppose
Awesome review brotha. If you had to choose between these or the fly super loop x which would you pick.? I’m looking for a good balance of protection comfort and feedback.
TBH, I would actually pick the Fuerte Ultras over the Superlace X, a little cheaper right now and I feel has a slight edge over Superlace X
csquaredboxing thanks for the reply. Love your content.
Thanks! 🙏
If only the winning clones were only lace up with out the hybrid strap design.
well that's because the velcro on the winning is the worst part besides the pricing. if you want laces, you save up a bit and get winning. if not, get a velcro clone with better wrist protection i guess
how do these compare to cleto reyes?
Has a video for the second version been made? I probably cant find it unless it is the blue fuerte gloves
It’s the blue one I reviewed
Hey,bro, why after looking at your vid on pro mex from title and this vid they both look like the same glove made in the same country but with different print?? Are they the same glove with different print and name?
Both made in Pakistan but they are very different gloves. These are definitely better than the pro mex.
Do these have the bounce back like cleyto? 👍
what kind of professional fighting gloves do you recommend for someone with weak knuckles? between cleto, everlast and winning? 10oz.
Out of the 3 you listed I’d go with winning first then Everlast protex fight gloves for the better knuckle protection out of the gloves you listed
Can you make a comparison video between the elite and ultra. Really can’t decide which one to get. I know you’d say Ultra but just wanna know why.
👍👍
Hello from Australia mate, looking for an all round training glove was looking at the ultra but they’re out of stock- should I go for these elites, cletos, hayabusa T3s or decent rival gloves around the same price range?
T3
Hi Carlo, how do these compare to the ProMex V3. I understand the previous versions were not as good.
Cheers,
Gus
It’s better than the pro mex imo
Haven’t been able to make my mind up for months on new gloves. Just looking for a comfortable fit and quality feel/performance on something that isn’t over priced for what it is. You think these gloves are worth it or is there a better option? You compared these to heavy hitters which are $100 compared to these which are almost $200. Is the quality that much better?
Get the heavy hitters, same gloves less expensive
SO these glloves are basically the same then as the Heavy Hitters?
Do the gloves fit large? because there’s no size option and I’m afraid they’re not gonna fit
They fit perfect, maybe on the roomier side
How's the hand compartment size? Are they similar to Venum?
Medium hand compartment not too snug and not loose just right
Would you pick cleto or fuerte for bag glove?
Fuerte
Hi,
After your review I went ahead and ordered a pair! My question is how long did it take for you to receive yours in the mail?
I understand that all orders ship from their Australia warehouse. Thanks again for this in-depth review!
For me about a week and a half
I just ordered mine I wanted to see how long they would take to get here (I live on the West coast btw)
For sparring, cleto reyes 16oz or these gloves ?
These gloves
Wanting to get my first pair of gloves over 100$ would these be a good option?
Yes
Quick question how long did they take to get delivered to your house?
About a week and a half
Would you pick this over winning?
The Fuerte Ultra, If I was on a budget under $200, yes I would. Money not an issue I’d still go with winning.
Best mexican style leather boxing gloves for under 200 euro?
Reyes for overall quality or for comfort, I'd say these gloves
csquaredboxing was thinking of buying cletos cause i could afford them but the shipping to europe is over 200 euros.
12 oz is OK for sparring??
No, 16 ounce
Do you know that where are they made in Pakistan?
Probably Sialkot like most
Punch make good stuff.
Good quality and a good price point.
Their Trophy Getters (16oz and 18oz) are probably their best glove in terms of features, durability, performance, quality, and cost; in my opinion.
The gloves you have there - Punch’s Mexican Fuerte Elite - Boxing Gloves - are nice, but . . . . .
They will not last long if they're not allowed to dry out in between use and/or used for anything other than sparring.
As - just like many original/early Mexican gloves and some Cleto Reyes gloves - they easily rip up both; (ii) at the seam on the back just above the velcro strip; and also (ii) around thumb area.
In almost every area Punch’s Trophy Getters are, if not better than, then easily as good as Punch’s Mexican Fuerte Elite Boxing Gloves; including price - as they're much less expensive.
In fact they're usually half the price.
And they don’t rip up as easily in the aforementioned places.
So, basically the Trophy Getters cost 50% as much as the Mexican Fuerte Elite Boxing Gloves and they last longer.
Why are they better?
