The best explanation of how it feels to talk to myself in my head I just came up talking to myself lol. It's somewhat like having two different people talking. But in reality it's me, just getting carried away playing roles of different people. That's how debates work in my head.
My inner monologue never SHUTS THE FUCK UP! it's a constint voice thinking random shit and talking constitutionally. Its my voice in my head, but it never shuts up to the point sometimes it keeps me up all night.
Well I don’t know if anyone cares or not but mine is more or less me talking to myself or intentionally having that voice be someone else to rationalize things or work through them. Another thing I do is space out or listen to asmr or ambient things and just let my mind go wind and think of a story or make random characters and play a movie in my head. Thinking and visualizing each scene, dialogue, all of it.
It's good to know that I'm not the only one, However, in my case, I don't always really visualize a whole consistent movie in my head, it's more like just think and make up a random scene with only a few consistent characters
@@fahimfythpat223 mine is constant like the movie riddick I love it a lot and I thought up some characters and played it with different scenes and dialogue ect. I even got some artists to make those characters I made up.
