Lol, I remember accidentally redpilling myself in 10th grade when my English teacher assigned my class with writing a persuasive paper on a real life issue and after researching gun control with no previous bias one way or the other, I came to the conclusion that gun control was ineffective when looking at the statistics. This was in spite of growing up by liberal parents. I highly doubt my English teacher was pleased with my findings 😂. It was just a slippery slope from there until my freshman year of college in 2019 and got paired with a conservative roommate and was away from my family all year that I fully came closer to conservatism. As a brown person, I became the black sheep in my family really quick for that, similarly to Xavier. But I think it's important to be true to the things you believe and to chase the truth. I think I do that, as I have always believed in our Constitution, our core values, debating ideas, listening to people, and giving everyone a fair shake. And I'm glad to see other Gen Z folks who have had similar experiences.
