Technically ted gave him some guidance but that about it so yeah he came a long way but I’m not so sure if he is at the same strength as ted just yet.

I like how Elden Ring encourages exploring because Margit is such a tough fight if you fight him without seeing the surrounding areas first. For instance there is an item called Margit's Shackle that you can find that will restrain him once during his first phase making the fight much easier.
The shackles work on all grafted enemies.

I also like the evolution of your fighting technique, the first time you fought Margit, your rolled backwards, away from his magic hammer, but it hit you.
Then, when you revisit him, you roll towards him, missing the hammer strike, and perfect timing. It's beautiful!

I just noticed now that the wolf summon is called "lone wolves" but it's a pack of 3.... nice fromsoft
It means they were lone wolves but now they're together, which makes the group stronger than a regular pack of wolves

They were cast away from their pack hence them being called “lone wolves”,it says that in the description

I'm convinced the trees are the hardest thing about the tree sentinel fight.

Lol I don't remember Margot being this tanky, but you've restored my faith in the jumping attack. I never used it once even up till my ng++ run.
The jump attack is so good if you use it as an opener. Against a lot of small enemies it does a ton of stature damage and you can just riposte them after that. Even trolls in my STR playthrough get staggered after 2 jumping attacks and a light attack with my Zweihander. The only thing that does more stature damage is a fully charged Heavy Attack or some Ash of Wars.
Jump attack is so effective in elden
Bro what, may as well say you haven't tried ashes of war or guard counters, it's a new mechanic that destroys some enemies. This game plays very differently from dark souls so you must be a damn god to have beaten the game easily without it. Unless you were pulling your hair out idk.
He will start with higher HP pool if you summon Roger.

I feel like they made some steps back with some bosses. Like th double crucible knight fight. You got esseantily O&S in a smaller arena, less thick pillars, there is no faster and slower one, both move at the same speed so they stick together.
It's just not fun, it's frustrating.
Not fun for you. Just like this game isn't for everyone, not every boss is for everyone. Miyazaki also said bosses were designed for you to use spirit summons so 🤷
@@themaverick1898 you comment is old but my dude you are so god dang wrong that even an update fixed all fights where 2 enemies are bosses making the AI take turns attacking, originally it was programmed in a way where both of them attacked at the same time, that was a mistake, they fixed it, people who brush off all criticism saying that the game needs to be hard because git gud are brainless losers, this game was rushed as heck and every update fixes a lot of those issues, making it better and it shows how bad it was when it was initially released, get over it mr git gud.
