Thank you for the video. very helpful. However I am a bit confused about calculating (KX) or in your formula KG sin θ. At the begining the KN curves assume KG to be zero, as it needs to be adjusted. So what is inputted for KG in the formula, as KG Sin θ would be ZERO, if KG is 0. Any clarification would be appreciated. Thank you.

Sir Thanks for sharing this valuable knowledge.
U explained how to get value of GZ from KN curve, but i am unclear about how to obtain the KN curve first.
Can u plz explain this a little ?

KN curves are constructed along with other hydrostatic particulars in the stability booklet provided by the shipyard when the ship is newly made

Sir please make a video on Stability of ships loading grain documents of authorisation and stability calculations including heeling moment hazards associated with respect to ship stability while loading grain
    Please sir 😊😊

Just an observation, Sir. You used the 60° curve for your first example and NOT 15°!

you suddenly change the topic and start talking about g1 however g is not change in vessel unless you shift the cargo. ıf you put g1 you must explain why the point of g is changed as g1 did you shift some weight?

It is not g or g1 .It is KG and KG1. Assumed KG vs actual KG. Study some basics before you question.Thanks.
