Great workout! Lots of compound movements and an excellent calorie burner using bodyweight. Thank you. However there are repeat exercises, so saying it's no repeat isn't accurate. I burned 350calories, I weigh 52kg.

It says no repeat but you do repeat every round twice. The first two rounds were horrible, 15 minutes in I was going to quit and find something else. Too many moves 6 and many of those moves were new to me. But, I kept going, and the next four rounds were much better. Overall, it was a great workout but I don't think I'll repeat it ever again. Thanks for sharing.

I think they just reiterate it because if you see some workout videos some will say in their videos do this on repeat 3x in order to get a real good workout, I’m assuming for video they are just stating you don’t have to repeat these exercises to get a good workout in this video is just enough.

Well...the fact that IS a "repeat workout" is not that important for me, but I find this one waaaay too stressful for the knees..too many long exercises concerning in "semi" jumps on a single leg aka.single knee.
