Super thanks. It’s a lot of work but I do find it very enjoyable surprisingly lol. It’s just my way of “writing down” the solo-play, but I also want it to be a little helpful too for others. Free League makes great games and between Blade Runner, The One Ring, Mork/Cy_Borg they’ve made stellar games. Can’t wait to try more of theirs!

Hello, can i know what tools you use to play solo?

So far I haven’t had to use any. The briefing scene and then my decision to head to the snake pit first to investigate. I then looked at just the first part of that location section and went from there.
Coming up however with the chase scene. I will use the Telling Table and Lore Tables from Strider Mode (The One Ring) to facilitate the actions of the run away suspect. Will see how it works along with those chase rules and cards for Blade Runner.
But so far I’ve found the way the case file has been laid out is real good for solo-play as I’ve just rolled to see if Novak (the PC) has successfully found the information as listed in the scene. If he’s failed, he doesn’t have that information/evidence!
And I haven’t read ahead in the module to keep the suspense and mystery. So just the initial briefing, and then when I chose the scene flipped to that section and read the first part. As I said above the layout of the Case File really facilitates this as it outlines what evidence is available in the scene. And so I’ve just rolled the skill associated in finding it with a failed skill roll meaning he hadn’t found that particular piece of evidence.
There’s definitely some work on you as the player to “play in character”, but that’s the fun!
