No, I'm not sure what is wrong, but infection is a common cause of swim bladder issues.
what is the white "goggles" like growth on the one tetra in the tank with all the crypts (and missing Discus)? Is it a fungus :(
I'm not sure what they are. i think it's tumors growing out of the "nostrils". It's been like that for a long time, so I just ignore it now.

They are albino milleniums. the red one is the male and thr females are yellow.
