- I received the mount kit this morning and tonight the motor is mounted. On to building and sizing the battery, but tomorrow I might take the bike for a test ride with a spare battery.
Hey Donald what are you sprocket choices on builds
Good job!!!!
Thanks Antonio
Did you end up having the grind out any bits of the frame to get the motor and battery to fit in there? Just dropped my frame for powder coating and starting to worry that I should have fit everything first.
At the top you will have to do a little grinding at the top rear corners
Do you sell your builds bike Don? If so I would be interested in purchasing one from you... Yours are definitely some of the nicest E-dirt bike builds out there! Great work man, please keep up the off road videos!!
Talk to me, I have a 2008 KTM 250SX that is street legal, and a brand new motor and controller QS138 70H V3, and EM260S controller. $5500 Get back to me and ride one of these. You will fall in love or ownership of one of these.
Why is Lithium King getting paid for their design when the delivered products are unusable? Who delivers a flat plate when one of your three mounting points is 0.125" out of plane? With your amazing throughput of builds, some time invested in learning Fusion360 and designing your own mounts to send to sendcutsend seems like a better use of your time instead of waiting weeks for a part you have to immediately cut and weld. Also 6 points of attachment for that motor seems excessive. The lower four seem like they would be plenty.
I'm doing this same swap I installed everything but it goes reverse fast and forwards very slow why could this be
Swap any two of the 3 phase wires. The should be Yellow wire on W, Green on U and Blue on V. Put the Green wire on V and the Blue wire on U, leaving Yellow on W
Alright I will try it out I've watch the bikes you build I'm excited to try mines out thanks for your help
where did you buy that braket
You mean the motor mount? Lithium-King.com They have it on there website, with a tutorial on the measurement they need to draw it up and have it water jetted. It is very reasonably priced
@@dcoxryton Do you think this motor mount could be used on a 2005 KX110?
I don't know, but I think Lithium-King.com can get them made for you. @@SnailGs
