- Took over a month, but it finally arrived! Installing the Electro & Co QS138 V3 EMX 25kW Kit with the EM-260 Controller on the 2006 Yamaha YZ250. I do a lot of Razor mini electric dirt bike builds, so why not build something similar but at a MUCH LARGER scale this time?

Really impressive work in this episode, it was clever to re-purpose the motor mounts with the swing arm. Not sure I would’ve been able to notice that detail lol. Everything‘s looking really killer!!

Yes I was the first to watch I love your videos I also bought a yz250 that I wanted to upgrade I was thinking of doing a zero fox motor and battery but now I think I might try the electric & co love the videos keep up the good work I also have made a razor sx500 into a 48volt street bike with street tires new plastics mirrors soon a light a new rear shock which is 12” and some new front forks for a 125cc bike and they are gold. Once again love the videos it is amazing getting notifications that you posted and keep making bike!

What battery are you gonna be using?
starting too look good !!! Your gonna need to build a battery box ! (maybe a piece of sheet metal, do some folds )
Yeah I was thinking about buying a bending brake for the garage.. but hopefully I can find a simpler solution for now for mounting the battery. I definitely have to build a box for the TTR though
@@PatOutdoors Not sure how much simpler can get ! few folds, then mount with some bolts and such... Also you could do foam, then make something with fiberglass !! but building some box's might be the better solution ! (also could use for the razor if do some odd upgrades)
Hola , que diferencia hay entre tu motor y otro que es igual pero con el eje desviado un poco mas abajo , con piñon relacion 1:2.35
just drill a 5/32 holes on both side of the vise and use screws to mount it temporarily.

I see you're using the Amorge batteries. Is this battery pushing the kit enough to get all the power out of it? The 25-30kw burst. Riding motocross is my use.

So I’m using amorge’s ANT bms with a peak 350 and 240 amp continuous. Realistically this is not putting out the FULL potential. It’s likely putting out close to 28k max at full charge short burst, maintaining 19k continuous.
