Jon Anik is the peak of showmanship, he always has the right words and always stays present to the fans. Most of the other commentators give their raw reactions after a crazy finish, and I'm 100% cool with that, but Jon Anik sees a finish and immediately talks to the fans and he's a real one for that.

@@holeindanssock156 7 or 8 times out of ten, he'll mention they should pay attention and they ignore him and continue on blabbering about what DC had for lunch or whatever the hell he and Joe talk about. It's a lot harder than when it's Bisping and DC are together or Felder and DC, so this isn't as much of a knock on him as you might think it is. (Joe and DC isn't comparable to Big John in bellator so don't think I'm saying they're that bad or that dude that imitates Joe in One Championship)
The best commentating, imo, is when Joe is with Felder or Bisping because even though they're friends, their chemistry isn't as strong as with DC. Leading to fewer distractions.
@@alpacapines8553 Anik is always the least biased one. Always when DC or Joe hype up the guy they want to win, anik will always compliment the other guy or mention something like "well actually x guy is ahead on the strikes rn"

I love how Bisping quickly inserted that "instincts kicked in" line and did it quite instinctively as well. It justified what most of us thought was a mistake therefore not questioning Glover's fight IQ. Man, do I love smart commentating.

Crowd gave standing ovation after just round 1 of Weili vs Joanna says so much about them. It should have been a privilege for Carla to respond positively to Weili's call out after her impressive KO of Joanna but she chose to not being excited about it instead & brought out Marina in the conversation while she knew Dana have already told the whole world that the winner will fight her. Fighting Weili gives her more benefits than Marina but she's just dumb

I find it funny that the closest people to the octagon are still watching the fight through a monitor/tv. Just proves that if you really want to pay attention to the fight then stay at home, buy some beers and pizza and you're good, nobody is missing out for not being the stadium
you miss hell of a lot .... if you are real fan becose you will have to be willing to pay some extra , you can feel the energy at stadium , and if you paid a bit more you do not have to look through monitor .
also you have chance of meeting them getting photo or autograph or both. and nothing compares to see a fight with your own eyes from close range
