- This is and abandoned house I explored. I decide to film it because of its location, time of day and weather. This was truly beautiful to explore and film. I hope u enjoy it as much as I did!

I am so glad you chose this location. The brook was so lovely, some of the tree trunks are huge. Sad to say that one day the home where I grew up, out in the country, will also look like this. Thanks again for sharing.
The house is in a beautiful setting. Seeing the house among the trees alongside a road with no vehicles on it and everything so quiet had me thinking of "Life After People"! I wonder how much longer those outside walls will remain standing.

I love exploring old houses! The older, the better. My husband and I are going to start a CZcams channel in mid to late April.
That house was worthless but the land was beyond awesome with that creek. If I was rich I would buy the land.

It's amazing how good a condition the exterior is in, considering the amount of decay on the inside.

Quiet place. Crazy how it's collapsing, has no one ever heard the story of the three little pigs, houses should be built out of brick! ha ha. Cool find dude 👍

Definitely old time. House construction doesn't use slats anymore. Just the studs, insulation and dry wall. This is like at the latest '60's structure.

I'm going to have to agree with you on the old school house theory. The brickwork and construction style to the exterior does appear to be very close to what a schoolhouse would be.

Beers and shotguns what could go wrong lets throw in a hollowed out house and let the games begin, this place is so deep, it must of been huge, I wonder if its safe at the bottom inside there could that sink into the ground?
That is a house in the very worst condition you ever recorded exploring. What a pity. I can imagine it was a decent apartment a *LONG* time ago. Probably longer than 50 years ago because even that one house with a document from 1968 was in better shape.
