Spring Brush Hogging W/ the Land Pride RCF2772

- Finally some decent weather and it affords me the chance to start my spring brush hogging. I purchased this Land Pride RCF2772 a couple of years ago and it really is a must have implement, especially if you have areas you want to maintain without brush or tall grass.
This is a good sized brush hog, it's cutting width is 72" and can cut small trees up to 3". This brush hog is rated for tractors with a horsepower range of 35-130, so it will work with many different tractor sizes.

Nice RC. Landpride RCR 1860 owner here. Agree about back in for the detail work. Didn't like the large thin plastic "Bell housing" they put around the slip clutch.... so I cut a large section of it out. OSHA wouldn't approve of that modification.... then again they don't show up at my house....lol. Lot easier to grease the U-joint at the slip clutch. Like you guys mainly use it for trail mowing. Haven't cut anything in it's 2" max size diameter yet.... and probably won't. Overall very happy with it, mow my trails every 2 weeks. Thanks for the vid and your time.

What size hp tractor were you using?
Kubota MX5400...54 hp for tractor and 46.5 hp at PTO
