Aliens; have you been mistaken for a man?
Love It WatchMojo.
You forgot about the comment by The Rock on tyrees gibson in one of the fast & furious movies.
The scene in Hook where they trade insults whilst having an imaginary dinner!!!
Sure (Three Amigos), but I don't think I've ever been in such agreement with you on #1. Proper choice.
Aliens has my favorite insult.
“Hey Vasquez, have you ever been mistaken for a man?”
“No, have you?”
That line caught me off guard. A real punch in the balls..lol..
I also love later in the movie how wussy Hudson starts whining about how they're all going to get killed, and Ripley cuts him off: "HUDSON! This little girl survived longer than that with no weapons and no training." [Newt salutes with a helmet on.] Hudson: "So what, now, you're going to put her in charge?"
that was a brilliant comeback lol
Let the scene play out. Too much commentary destroys the theme of the video.
Yup lost me, not enough of the episodes or context. At least Barry Manilow wrote the songs
I agree
I regret that I have but one upvote to give this comment
It’s almost like they legally have to
How 'bout that, "MTV" knows more than the "Dr".
Plenty of people upload full vids. They aren't easily found and sued. We're all watching someone else's property. I believe in freedom, I worry about censorship but those who insist on commenting without knowing what they're talking about are an even bigger threat to freedom.
"This is my wife! You should be ashamed!"
"If this is your wife, YOU should be ashamed." - Groucho Marx
Yep. A lot of missed Groucho insults for this video.
“Why, you stuck-up, half-witted, scruffy-looking nerf-herder!”
“Who’s scruffy-looking?”
That’s such a clever exchange between Han and Leia!
also from Leia about Chewbacca: "Will someone get this walking carpet out of my way"?!
100% lame.
It’s Nerf or nothing! 😀
I'd rather kiss a Wookie
That can be arranged
wow Star Wars is all about inter species sex
"I fart in your general direction" is not the most savage insult ever but it is the the funniest.
The funniest thing about his insults, is that they don't sound like insults.
Dorothy: If you haven't got a brain, how can you talk?
Scarecrow: I don't know, but it seems to me some people without brains do an awful lot of talking.
Mostly politicians.
Can't recall which movie it was but the one that made me laugh was, "you're such a loser that if there was a competition for the world's biggest loser you'd come second"
That took me WAY too long to get 😂😂
Clue- “ are you trying to make me look stupid?” “ you don’t need my help with that”
"That's right."
I was at Ghostbusters with my church group and my mother had come along. When they got to the part where Bill Murray said, "He has no di*k," my elderly mother loudly says, "He has no WHAT?!" The group could not stop laughing as I had to answer the question. LOL
"Hey laser lips, you momma was a snow blower!"
-Johnny 5
I still crack up every time I think of this!
Best line in the whole movie!
😂I loved that one since childhood! Thank you! There were some good ones throughout Short Circuit 2, I think. Johnny exchanging blows with one of Oscars henchmen: “Dr. Ruth says…” WHANG! “… Violence…” WHANG “… is an expression…” CLANG “… of sexual…” WHANG “…frustration.” LOL 😂
I love when Princess Leia called Han Solo a scruffy-looking nerfherder and Han replied with "Who you calling scruffy?!" 😂

My "welcome" mat says, "Go away or I shall taunt you a second time." With a silhouette of the Frenchman.
You have achieved Critical Mass in my books. Where the hell do I get that mat??
@@Scottie_S I found it on Amazon. $25
Please tell me where you got that mat. I have to get that for my parents. They love that movie.

Happy Gilmore also has a classic.
"I eat pieces of sh*t like you for breakfast."
"Ew, you eat pieces of sh*t for breakfast?"
"N-No!"
😂😂😂😂😂😂
Best comeback of all time, of all time
@@TheKaiTetley FACTSSSS
I always liked Dignam's line in The Departed: "I'm the guy who does his job. You must be the other guy."
& then went on to make a movie called the other guys 😋
My favorite was in Down Periscope. "You're adressing a superior officer!"
Kelsey Grammer: "No. Merely a higher ranking one."
As a Navy vet, some people are shocked when I tell them Down Periscope is a more realistic movie than Crimson Tide.
@@timtheskeptic1147 As an Army vet, civilians laugh at me when I tell them that M.A.S.H. is a mostly realistic look at soldiers when we get bored. Trust me, I feel ya brother.
@michaelmartin4874 hey, first mainstream movie to show full frontal nudity. I commend MASH (TV) for actually downplaying the racist slurs. Can't say the same for McHale's Navy. Every other word on that show was pejorative for Asians.
Edit: it was only said a few times per script. But, jeeze, how many is too many?
The woman spoiling all the one-liners was such a bad idea that other bad ideas got together to stage an intervention.
I ened up here by accident. I cant stand this mojo yapping donkey bottom biting hamster. She like a never ending opening to entertainment tonight..makes me grind my teeth to the nerves..
True.... I believe it's for two potential reasons:
1. They can only show so much because of copyright law.
2. Padding the run time for more add revenue.
@@robertbesteits not 1. cuz they play the clip anyway. its:
3. Shes a blabbermouth that thinks shes supposed to be the "celebrity" we actually "wannabe" listening to9..self absorbed/adoring vainglorious twaht..
It's just too much talking. It ruins the video.
Three Amigos "you sons of a motherless goat"
Yes, you missed my favorite movie insult of all time. From Aliens (1986) ... Hudson: "Hey, Vasquez, have you ever been mistaken for a man?" Vasquez, "No. You?"
I always liked, “You fight almost as well as a man.” “Funny! I was about to say the same thing about you.” 😂
Nobody beats the French taunter. Classic Cleese rant. 😂
I was thinking that “You play ball like a girl” would have been number 1!! But I fart in your general direction is classic I agree!!
I'm sure there's a classic insult line in there by Cleese from Fawlty Towers, especially, The German's, episode!
"Your friend there is only mostly dead. there is a big difference between all dead and mostly dead. Mostly dead is slightly alive. With all dead, well, with all dead there is only one thing you can do."
"What is that?"
"Go through his clothes and look for loose change."
That's what I do when I play RPGs.
is it just me or do they take FOREVER to let us hear the insult! Like dam its like dragging out a 1000 word essay SHEEEESH
Yes, apparently you have to talk for twenty minutes to set up what we're ready to hear, and then you don't even hear it. Odd.
@@talastra Apparently the narrator loves the sound of her own voice more than breathing
I like WatchMojo but they always do that unfortunately- it's like a forced format
With the delivery and especially the setup... you almost forget the setup... GHOSTBUSTERS is easily number one.
Butler from "Arthur" to Liza M.: Usually, one must go to a bowling alley to meet a woman of your stature.
You could probably make a top 30 just from Gunny's insults from Full Metal Jacket.
“I didn’t know they stacked s**t that high” RIP R Lee Ermey…
I remember a line from CARWASH... a transvestite tells a guy of with "I am more of a man than you'll ever be and more of a woman than you'll ever get"
Antonio Fargas playing Lindy! ❤❤
Sorry, nothing beats the iconic zingers uttered by the legendary John Cleese as the French Taunter
Ain't no one beating the French Taunter, ever.
The Man Who Came to Dinner
"My great aunt Jennifer ate a whole bunch of candy every day of her life. She lived to be 102, and when she had been dead three days, she looked better than YOU DO NOWWW!"
Monty Pythons are timeless classic. This never gets old. Everything they did is a masterpiece!'
In "Scooby-Doo, " Shaggy and Scooby find themselves trapped in a string of plastic sausages in a haunted house exhibit on Spooky Island. Shaggy suggests that they eat their way to freedom . " But, it's plastic!" Scooby-Doo protests. Shaggy points out that Scooby generally drinks out of the toilet. Scooby pauses a half second, then shoots back: "So do you!"
Lol
"Fat, drunk, and stupid is no way to go through life, son." - Dean Wormer, Animal House
“Phony King of England“ is a classic diss song in Disney’s Robin Hood
Had the Sheriff and Hiss in on the verse 😂
Yep
What I found funny was how historically accurate the song is-John really was the worst king of England.
In The Princess Bride, you included “warthog-faced buffoon” but skipped the entire “to the pain” sequence. A classic!
Best scene ever!
Totally agree with Monty Python being #1 with the Frenchman's insults. Quote-worthy indeed!
What's your favorite moment from Monty Python that always leaves you in stitches?
@@WatchMojoKing Arthur fighting the black knight:King Arthur: “What are you gonna do, bleed on me?”
From A Fish Called Wanda: I've worn dresses with a higher I.Q.
The French Taunter could have had the top 30 all to himself :)
I was shocked that the tirade from "Annie Profitt" in Overboard (1987). When Annie lays into the teacher and she has to come pick the boys up from school since they refused to do standardized tests 😂
"If you had a sister and a dog, I'd choose the dog." - Captain Jack Sparrow, Pirates of the Caribbean: On Stranger Tides
Groucho Marx deserves his own list.
AMEN!
"I've never been so insulted!"
"Well, the night is young."
I always, and I mean, I always laugh when I hear the "I fart in your general direction..." as Monty Python was so excellent in what they did and how they challenged Church successfully. I have said the fart joke so many times in my life, and I usually get a reaction.
If my dog looked like you, I would shave his butt and tell him to walk backwards 😂😂😂
That was the comment that an English barmaid said to my FIL when he was in the U.S. Army stationed there; he was trying to pick her up.😮
The long list of insults Cher throws at Jack Nicholson just before sleeping with him in Witches of Eastwick!
& you smell 😂😂
There's one from a a movie named Cadillac Man that I laughed at for a while. "You know what you are? You're an a$$ half. It takes two of you to make an a$$-whole."
"Hey! Laser lips! Your mamma was a snowblower!" -Johnny 5, Short Circuit.
"Well helloooo mr fancypants! I got news for you. You ain't leading but two things. Jack and shit. And Jack left town." -Ash Williams, Army of Darkness.
Matthew Brodericks burn to his teacher in War Games was epic.
We can't completely dismiss Broderick in Ferris Bueller either though when we first see the Ferrari.
"Cameron, I'm sorry, We can't pick up Sloane in your car, Mr. Rooney would never believe that Mr. Peterson drives that piece of shit."
Patches: "You couldn't hit water if you fell out of a boat" lmfao I still die every time I hear that one
The honor of this insult should go to Kevin Costner as he said it first (plus expletive) in Bull Durham.
Lol
Lol
you can also add Jim Carrey's insult to his boss and coworkers in Liar Liar
“see ya later dickhead!!!!” 😂😂😂😂
In fairness.. Jim carry could fill a whole video on his own.
You talked over the best line in The Big Lebowski scene. Perrhaps the best line in the entire movie.
Silver streak - Gene Wilder’s put down of the sheriff is comedic gold.
'You couldn't hit water if you fell out of a boat' made me spit out my drink.
The reason they can't do a similar video for TV shows is that 20/30 clips would just be Brooklyn 99 Holt and Wunch going back and forth. "I never thought I'd see you this high up without a broom under you".
I'd still watch it😄
Captain Wuntch, its good to see you. But if you're here, who's guarding Hades!
OMG that is one of the best shows ever made!
dont watched a sec
but if "your mother was a hasmter and your father smelt of elderberries" isnt on the top pick i dont now what is
I love Monty Python 😂. That whole movie should have been number one 😂
🥈
I love when peter insults Walter in Ghostbusters
Well that's what I heard
Omg I have just realised the irony of Ice Cube playing a cop in a movie
F the police then you play one 😂😂😂😂
@@paradoxr.n.o8688 It's amazing how many rappers have gone on to play cops on TV or in movies. Ice Cube, Ice T, LL Cool J, just off the top of my head.

Full Metal Jacket is literally an unintentional comedy
1. TIMING.
2. DELIVERY
3. AWKWARD PAUSE
PERFECTION 👌
"you are a sad strange little man" haha that's the best
Wizard of Oz, Dorothy to the Scarecrow: "Well, what would you do with a brain if you had one?"
The scene in Full Metal Jacket was done in one take. The actors fear you see is real as Ermy went of script
Shane Black is the king of movie insults.
Kiss Kiss, Bang Bang has a slew of them. One of my favorites is a subversion of a classic insult.
In a particularly heated moment between Robert Downey Jr's Harry Lockhart and Val Kilmer's "Gay" Perry:
Perry: Do you know what you'd find if in the word dictionary if you looked up the word 'idiot'?
Harry: A picture of me beside it?
Perry No! The definition of the word in which you clearly are!
Of course, Full Metal Jacket had me rolling on the floor with the insults to Cowboy XD.
Full Metal Jacket is certainly a classic film known for its memorable and sometimes hilarious moments, despite its intense subject matter.
Jaws :
Quint to Hooper suspecting Monster Shark was near : " Hooper quit playing with yourself "
Hooper stares daggers at Quint abruptly ending the game of Solitaire he was playing.
Toy Story 1. When Woodie Says To Buzz, "Okay, LightBeer, Prove it." Then Looks At The Camera!! Gold!!
Impossible that the french taunter wouldn't be no. 1. 😂 Good list, but one legend's missing: "scruffy-looking nerf herder"
Chevy Chase's rant makes me think of Phil's rant in 'Brassed Off', though the delivery makes it more sad than funny. 'So God was creating man, alright? And his little assistant comes up and says "Hey! We've got all these bodies left, but we're right out of brains!", and God said "F**kiiit! Sew 'em up anyway, smack smiles on their faces and make 'em talk out their arses", and lo! God created the Tory party.'
we cant forget the Short Circuit version of the Monty Python insult: hey! laser lips! your Daddy was a snowblower and your Mother was an Easy Bake Oven
Someone please help me, if you know the movie i'm talking about... I watched it a long time ago, didn't pay atention to all of it and certainly can't remember the title, but there was this one scene that made me spill my drink : a bunch of tough school bullies sorround this smaller guy. The leader bully steps closer for a menacing nose-to-nose staredown and says "you're nothing but shit, boy! Do you have any idea what we do to shit, here?"... The dude closes his eyes in disgust and replies "geez, judging by your breath i'd say you eat it..." Lol.
I was not expecting Peter Capaldi to be outsassed. 😂
How is there not one Groucho Marx line on this list.
or Redd Foxx
or Bea Arthur
or Don Rickles
or Phyllis Diller
or Lucille Ball
Not a bad list and I know that I am old, but you have to include the legends a little bit - at least 'Honorable Mentions.'
Also, the insult of the common people, the people of the land - you know, morons; in Blazing Saddles stands out to me
@@billyeatsyou666 you’re the man
In Porky's when Brian says, "You're too stupid to even be a good bigot". I feel is criminally underrated...
The first 30 minutes of Full Metal Jacket was comedy gold. RIP to R. Lee Ermy who masterfully played Gunnery Sgt Hartman in that film. Although that was as serious a movie as it gets without it I think the psychiatric stability of recruits in the Armed Forces would have gone ignored. Especially in standard military training upon being recruited. Looking back at the Vietnam War specifically or times of War in general the way that recruits were treated probably wasnt far off from how hard Private Pile was treated. Got to keep a look out for legit trauma in recruits. Everybody has a breaking point.
R Lee Ermey was an actual Drill Instructor in the Marine Corps in the time frame depicted in the movie and went through recruit training before the Vietnam War and has stated in interviews that his portrayal of Gunnery Sargeant Hartman was basically playing himself when he was a Drill Instructor "there really was no acting involved I was just being myself"
@@spike3082 I am aware of those facts for sure. But the point being is that psychiatric and emotional stability probably wasnt looked at that intently among recruits. Obviously I think examples like Private Pile are in the lower percentile of cases in basic training however I do think that emotional and psychiatric instability absolutely exists among recruits in basic training. The trauma that it all led to for that character it makes it even more challenging I am sure for Drill Instructors in the Military. Having the ability to identify on a case by case basis where someone is emotionally because being driven that hard was not meant for human beings to take for extended periods of time. That is why the slogan for the Marine Corp is The Few and the Proud. The most intense military training in the world. You almost have to be emotionless to be able to take it.
It was one of the reasons that weapons were supposed to be under strict control and the recruits that were deemed possibly dangerous were not supposed to have access to the weapons and ammo.
When I went through Army basic training in 2001 the weapons were always locked in the Supply section and could only be signed out for training at the range and the Supply personnel would draw the ammunition from the Ammunition Supply Point then distribute as needed for training the only time we had our weapon was when we were in the field during the final training exercise even then we didn't get ammo until needed for either a live fire with live ammo or practice with blanks
I always liked it it when Maverick leans over to Ice Man and simply says, "You stink."
My favorite is when Buzz says “ You are a sad , strange little man “
Agreed
How could you forget The Departed??? “ I’m the guy that does his job…you must be the other guy!” and so many more from that film
For us old geezers, glad to see Python at the top. Deservedly so. So many laughs to choose from. My 3 personal favorite in order: The Fish Slap, The Ministry of Silly Walks, and of course Spam. This is my #4, and for #5 Mountaineer. Honorable mentions: Argument. Mr. Creosote~Wafer Thin.
Every Sperm Is Sacred
Excellent list! I love everything Kristen Wiig does, and John Cleese was well worthy of the number one spot!
16:48 My favourite on Con Air was "Why couldn't you just put the bunny back in the box" ?
Thank you for the list 😊 but you forgot 'Tommy Boy '
"Alright you little spazoids I know where you live and seen where you sleep and I swear to everything holy on this earth that your mothers will cry when they see what I've done to you "
I love when he said that in the santa clause 2. Lol!!!! 😂😂😂😂
I don't think I'd consider it an insult if a dude called me "fake ass handsome McGee" ha
The French taunter is the best part of the Monty Python movie and deserves the number 1 spot.
20:01 CLASSIC!!!!!
Counting down to New GHOSTBUSTERS MOVIE
Roddy piper in THEY LIVE he is all outta bubble gum
Nothing can top the French Taunter.
"Your mom goes to college." - Kip Dynamite
She still hasn’t recovered from that burn.

Hey Bob, I know some good Irish jokes, but you're the best one!🤣🤣
I’ve won several insult fights with “you are a toy!”
You are a sad, strange, little man! And you have my pity!
So glad Monty Python was number one!

“I thought I was looking at my mother’s old douchebag but that’s in Ohio” Classic!😂
The Sandlot, a real funny classic.
it would be great if you actually let the clips run
They can't or the copyright holders will claim the video.
Yes!
This is a good list but there is one glaring omission. The scene from "The Heat" when Sandra Bullock's character tears a strip off of the men in her police department. Golden.
Nothing better than having a joke explained to me 🤨🙄😒
Terrence Stamp's 'rhinoceros' insult in Get Smart floored me. His delivery slayed.
That Sandlot jab almost killed me and my brother as kids. 😂😂😂
It was used in a MASH episode over a decade earlier
"Yeah? From what I hear you couldn't hit water if you fell out of a fu..in' boat!"

There's nothin I find funnier than to have somone attempt to explain the joke before I hear it.
