Stan Lee 💯 I'm definitely gonna miss him and his cameos here
eminem in the interview
Stan Lee
I'd say it's a bit of a stretch to call Kareem Abdul-Jabbar in Airplane a cameo
Barbara Billingsley, Jive Lady, "Airplane!"
Sean Connery, King Richard, "Robin Hood, Prince of Thieves"
Edit, Steven King, movie and TV adaptations of his novels
I gotta give it to Liam Neeson. The guy plays a serious role so, so well. The fact he can play such a silly role so straight and be both intimidating and hilarious, not taking himself so seriously, is just great
His Atlanta cameo was so great, as well.
@@chaitanyamah ooh, I haven't seen that one. Thank you for letting me know 😁
@kennyboggs3676 lolz. Or do something like the Alien chest-burster scene from Spaceballs, only Liam gets a light blade through his stomach again and says something like "not again" or "I'm bad at this"
His relationship with Seth Macfarlane actually began when, in trademark serious fashion, he contacted Seth to call him out for his family guy cutaway mocking his inability to hide his Irish accent in most roles by portraying him as a cowboy that sounded the farthest thing from "southern". Liam either didn't understand or pretended not to understand why Seth did cutaways and contacted him to ask what he ever did to Seth to deserve being called out. Seth apologized by saying if he ever needed to cast a cowboy in a movie Liam would be the first person he called.
That's why I think he'll be perfect in the new The Naked Gun remake he's doing.
When the world needed Jackman the most he reprised his role for "Deadpool & Wolverine"
he's not afraif of damaging his reputation by playing a character he already killed, is he? 🙄
Nobody could have beat Stan “The Man” Lee’s cameos. RIP sir, excelsior!
Ancient Vulcan proverb, only Stan Lee can cameo in Teen Titans Go to the Movies.
My favorite Stan Lee cameo was the delivery driver in Captain America: Civil War. "I have a package for Tony Stank."😂😂😂
nuff said
There were many other better cameos. NPH in Harold and Kumar, Donald Trump in Hone Alone 2, Mickael Jackson in MIB2, Bill Murray in Zombieland, literally every Matt Damon cameo
Sorry buddy, but you're dead wrong. Stan's cameos rest well deserved on the top spot. Charlton Hestons cameo should have been WAY higher up though. Perhaps that's what you meant...?
Scotty doesn't know shouldve won a Grammy
Fr
I still remember all of the lyrics to this day.....
Facts
?
Meh
Ted 2 is great. "You understand that I myself am not a child?" lol
The follow up was great!
The Dodgeball cameos??? David Hasselhoff, Chuck Norris, Willam Shatner & Lance Armstrong. Those were all epic.
That movie is great. I'm glad Hulu has it now.
Chuck Norris in Expendables 2
Great movie. Shatner seemed excited to have his decision overturned.
I agree!!!
I love the first words out of Wolverine's mouth was, "Go fuck yourself." Didn't even give them a chance, LOL!
You get one F-bomb in a PG-13 film, and I don't think they could've spent it more wisely.
And he improvised that
Those words were expected from Wolverine.
I keep telling friends about the Hulk cameo in Gremlins 2. I was a kid and remember thinking the film actually broke, but suddenly you see the gremlins shadows on the screen and the whole Hulk Hogan scene that follows. One of those things that you had to experience only at the movies.
Video release had a different cameo.
It also has "Angel of Death" by Slayer in it and no one remembers it.
Stan Lee cameos were iconic - me looking for him in every MCU movie. Excelsior!
You guys really missed a chance to showcase one of my favorite lines in movies. When Happy Gilmore is beating Bob and he yells "the price is wrong, Bob!" It just gets me rolling everytime I see it.
I think it's because he said "bitch" they couldn't show that part of the scene.
Fun Fact: In the first Men in Black, the end scene where they talk about Bulls Tickets for alien ambassadors and Dennis Rodman being from that planet, the german version had been changed into Concert Tickets and Michael Jackson being the alien. The reply: His disguise is a bit sloppy...
10:45 “Excuse me, I'm Erik Lehnsherr.” “Charles Xavier.” Logan: Go fugg yourself.
Short and direct, no long discussion. I'm already looking forward to Deadpool nonstop blabbering at Logan! 😂😂😂
Mark Hamil in Jay & Silent Bob. Guy’s a treasure!
Best part was the title card on the screen “Hey Kids! It’s Mark Hamill” 😂
Honorable mention to legendary cameos of George Carlin as the hitchhiker, Carrie Fisher as the nun, Judd Nelson as the sheriff and Chris Rock as the director.
Oh and Ben Affleck playing 2 characters of his from the View Askewniverse(Holden from Chasing Amy and Shannon from Mallrats) as well as himself in the Good Will Hunting 2 spot 😜
“Affleck you da bomb in Phantoms!”
They should have also listed Carrie Fisger in Austin Powers, that scene was hilarious and Carrie played it amazingly.
*“Excelsior!”*
- Stan Lee (1922-2018)
My favorite Stan Lee cameo wasn’t in a Marvel movie, but in DC’s Teen Titans Go to the Movies. Very fitting tribute from a rival (and former employer) to the most legendary figure in the business.
Ancient Vulcan proverb, only Stan Lee can cameo in Teen Titans Go to the Movies.
Stan Lee's cameo's in MCU are the best
RIP 😞
The Neil Patrick Harris character in 'Harold and Kumar" walked so Barney Stinson could run.
Bob Barker was the only person to contain Happy Gilmore, definition of a true legend... R.I.P. Bob Barker
The best part of the Wolverine cameo with Charles and Eric is that they didn't forget it. It's brought back around in Days of Future Past when McAvoy's Xavier returns the favor in the 1970s.
The alien is doing the bit from " One Froggy Evening", the Warner Brothers cartoon from 1955.
"Oh no, not again!!"
Donald Glover as a bank robber in Maverick. Fitting, for the Lethal Weapon movies
I'm too old for this shit!
Lmao Em’s tough guy face and bottom lip crazy😆🥲
Bruce Willis in Loaded Weapon 1
A couple that were missed that quickly popped in my head was Arnold Schwarzenegger in The Rundown. And Danny Glover in Maverick.
Screw you're freedom's!!!
Another Mel Brooks, but so perfect "Silent Movie" where Marcel Marceau appears to give the only spoken word in the movie (ask your parents/grandparents kids)
That Eminem cameo is the best
It obviously has to be Stan Lee given his many, many, many Marvel cameos and his amazing contribution to Marvel itself. They were always amazing to spot. I wish he could have appeared in and seen No Way Home. Personally, I think his cameo in Endgame should have been at Tony’s funeral as like a send off for him too.
David bowie's hair in zoolander is just awesome
David Bowie's hair and David Bowie himself was always amazing, a magical figure was the Gobling King, rest well Starman!
That anchorman scene will never get old 😂😂😂😂😂
Keef in Pirates of the Caribbean as Jack's very old man 😅
And Paul?
I already always loved and liked Marvel's comicbooks Stan "The Man" Lee's cameos because he is FOREVER uniquely Legendary and King doing cameos NOT only just film but also in comicbooks, Television series, video-games, and many more. 🕷️🕷️🕷️🕸️🕸️🕸️🤘🤘🤟🤟👏👍👍💯💯💯💪💪
For rescuing him from every peril in the _LEGO Marvel_ games, he becomes a playable character.
Iam not sure if its consider a cameo, but nevertheless Tom Cruise "Les Grossman" in "Tropic Thunder" is for sure the Best "cameo performance Ever.
Everytime i think in one of the scenes where Les Grossman enter,i piss my pants from an uncontrollable Laugh.
One of the Greatest Hilarious Characters in cinema history.
My personal favorite of this genre is the AutoTrader ads from a few years ago that brought back Bo and Luke Duke trading in the General Lee for a Dodge Viper.
Billy Idol cemented himself in my mind with that role. As a 90s kid, he always came off as ingenuine to me until I learned people actually took him seriously in his day, and still do. Saw him do his thing in Vegas and it was everything you'd want it to be. I only hope I have half the energy of Billy Idol each and every day.
Could be all the cocaine....
And... Funny People should be revisited. Its not nearly as bad as its reputation
Danny Glover in Maverick! It was epic, the “Roger Murtaugh” theme music as ha and Mel Gibson stared at each other, then the famous line, “I’m too old for this shit”
Thank you for mentioning Channing Tatum with the Michael Cera cameo in This Is The End.
Using your own “Christopher Walken rule” you can argue that both Emma Watson and Michael Cera are actual characters in the movie while Channing Tatum is literally in one scene, has a face reveal and is never mentioned again.
IMO that’s a Top 5 all-time cameo 😂
You may pay money 💴 for a ticket 🎟 but that level of “poke fun of” was priceless! 😂
There is no way no matter how great the Kareem Abdul-Jabbar cameo was that it was even the best in the movie, because June Cleaver in airplane is the greatest cameo of all time and the funniest
And speaking Jive, no less😂
i wish stan lee played old man capt america. that would explain so much about his cameos
I think this is the most deserved number one spot.
I remember once in school over 20 years ago, I had a classmate that could remember every single line from a movie after just watching it twice. We talked about Hulk Hogan's cameo in Spy Hard and I mentioned that he was in Gremlins 2. And he was like "Wait, what? Hulk Hogan in Gremlins 2? Me and another friend of mine had to convince him that we did not mistake either the movie or remembering the movie wrong, because he was certain that he never saw Hulk Hogan in Gremlins 2, and we had just talked about that movie the other week so we knew all of us had seen it. It was many years later that I found out there was a version with John Wayne instead, made so the joke would work when you watch the movie at home.
If an extended scene list comes thru, Keanu Reeves in Always Be My Maybe should definitely be on it. Too much for this category but it was such a hilarious role for him.
The Anchorman cameo fight scene is still one of my favs! Seeing this in the theatre was amazing.😂😂❤
John Hurt: Spaceballs/Aliens
The writer suffered from Crohn's, he wrote the alien bursting out of the gut as a visual representation of the affliction
Broke your own rules with the Kareem Abdul-Jabbar
Mel Gibson on Father's Day; Brad Pitt on Deadpool 2, Ryan Reynolds on Ted.
Stan Lee in the Marvel movies is the best cameos ever
Now THIS was a great video ! Congratulations!
That final scene... my favorite one from Mister Cameo ! very nice ;)
My late son would have turned 26 this year. I took him to see the Sponge Bob movie. He was quite young at the time, and on the way home from the cinema, I tried to explain to him who Hasslehoff was, including KnightRider. We were still on dial up at the time. Later on I could show him better, but he'd already worked it out.
The Liam Neeson in Ted 2 scene always makes me double over laughing.
Why did Liam Neeson get beat up for getting Trix 😭
Won't count Walken's literal cameo from Pulp Fiction but you'll put in KAJ who was cast as a full on character in airplane and Bob Barker in Happy Gilmore?
And Neil Patrick Harris who was such a character he was in all 3 Harold and Kumar movies 😉
@@NotMeNaNaNa Exactly
A million ways to die in the west is a great film, and Sara Silverman's character is golden...and Jackson wanted to play Spider-Man and ALMOST played jar jar Binks. Could've been great in the end option 😄
I liked Ewan McGregor's cameo. As well as Ralph Garman.
Awesome list, keep it up
That wasn't Liam Neeson..... That's Bryan Mills
So....... Adam Sandler has some of the greatest cameos in his movies! WAY TO GO SANDLER!! 🤘🏻😝🤘🏻
You could've just put everyone for This Is the End. Every cameo was hilarious
David hasselholf in the SpongeBob movie is forever my favourite 😂😂
The fact that you can make a "Greatest Cameos" list and NOT include Sean Connery as King Richard the Lionheart in 'Robin Hood: Prince of Thieves' tells me that the writers at Mojo know approximately 0.00000100060004% about movies.
All these canoes were great 😊👍 I especially love all of Stan Lees cameos in the Mcu every character he played was awesome ❤️❤️ also even though it wasn’t mentioned but I also love Hugh Jackman’s cameo in Night in the Museum 3 as well 😄
Bill Murray should've been number 1. Him getting shot was so messed up and hilarious at the same time. I laugh every time I see it.
They shouldn't have done the follow-up in Zombieland 2, though.
Has nobody else noticed Ryan Reynolds in a million ways to die in the west?
#2, I was laughing so hard when I first saw all those 😂
Not sure if Emma Watson in "This is the End" should be considered a cameo, but great list.
Billy Idol in the wedding singer was great 😂
OBJECTIVELY Funny choices! Haven't seen all of these movies, but the line reads are all, objectively, - hilarious!
I didn’t know some of those cameo’s, but they are all fun and amazing.
Can't believe you snubbed "Hey Kids, It's Mark Hamill" from Jay and Silent Bob Strike Back!
Robert Patrick cameo "The Last Action Hero" was awesome too. Which I know wasn't in this video. I replied at the moment of his cameo in Wayne's World 2.
noticed a couple of things from The Adam Project ...
That's a light sabre
the girl player at the beginning, being Adam's young interest
In the #24 entry, that is proof that the karate lessons Bob Barker once had from Chuck Norris finally paid off.
After seeing the number one on the list. Not surprised to see Stan the man, he's the man.
Excelsior!
That David Hasselhoff cameo was part of my childhood
You forgot Keanu reeves in spongebob
16:21 Robert Patrick also reprises his role as T-1000 in Last Action Hero when Danny Madigan enters the police station with Jack Slater.
Spielberg in Blues Brothers ❤
''You can't buy love, but you can rent it for three minutes"
-Strip club DJ Stan Lee
While Stan Lee is an obvious win on this list for cameos (outranking Alfred Hitchcock’s own cameos)…
The Spaceballs cameo with John Hurt humorously reprising his role of Kane from Alien, where a chest burster erupted. THAT won me over. “Oh, no. Not again.” Except this chest burster pulled a Looney Tunes! 🤣
Michael Jackson cameoing in MIB is a bonus! Agent M, all the way!
The chest buster sequence was absolutely hysterical!
The audio editing in this video is terrible.
Obviously parts recorded at different times spliced in. 😢
So many great cameos😁These guys are awesome😀Liam,Steven,Tom,Myke,Michael Jackson,Gwyneth Paltrow,Ema,Ryan,Kareem is awesome😀All of them.Perfect number 1.Stan Lee. Excelsior!😀
Murray’s cameo in Zombieland is the best one, the funniest and creative one, deserved number one spot love it. Although I could not argue against the great great Stan Lee.
BTW the guy acting as the usher with Hulk Hogan is cult actor Paul Bartel of Eating Raoul fame (a totally underrated movie).
Alice Cooper in Wayne's World.
Apparently we think it was worthy, Watch Mojo didn't.
@@spectresound"We not worthy. We not worthy! We are scum"❤❤🎉
17:00
Also did a same type of cameo in the last action hero
NPH in White Castle shouldve taken every spot on this list.
You forgot to mention Jamie Foxx reprising his role as Django in A Million Ways to Die in the West as well... Plus Johnny Depp was the only original cast member from 21 Jump Street reprising his role also Holly Robinson Peete made a cameo in the film.
Chris Evens: what the sh*t?
me: Language!
Stan Lee is even in Teen titans, truly a legend
Love a good cameo
Love a good cameo
That is the best Tom Cruise you could come up with? Les Grossman in Tropic of Thunder. Signed-Richard.
Wasnt a camio, that was a role
@@SgtD85 He was in full make-up. Which one does it count as?
@user-xf2my3hq8x he is one of the main roles, credited actor in the movie. A camio is a small role, usually limited to a single scene.
Ryan Reynolds, Jammie Foxx, Ewan Mcgregor in a Million Ways to Die in the West.
@@SgtD85 Thank you for the clarification.
Liam's got my number 1. I even used his dialog when someone was complaining about Disney reusing old lines in Star Wars shows.
What's funny is that Emma Watson disagreed on doing some scenes that are somehow even more over the top than what they filmed and refused to shoot them.
The Anchorman cameos are definitely taken from a movie where a group of gangs end up fighting but, for the life of me, I can't remember which movie it is. Maybe Clockwork Orange?
The Warriors, maybe?
@@aarondeck7934
"Warriors, come out to play-yay!'
@@aarondeck7934 I think that may be the one. Might have to rewatch...
We all missed, going to miss & will always remember that Stan Lee is the best Cameo in every Marvel Cinematic Universe we ever had. Thank you Stan Lee for everything you have done.
"Memorable" ? I forgotten those :D
😂 First class
Logan 🎉
I thought the sentence at 10:30 was problematic for a second there lol.
Yes David Bowie in Zoolander was the best!
