- The plaintiff brings her daughter to court. She says her daughter has become addicted to marijuana and alcohol. She claims her daughter stole cash in order to pay back her drug dealer, so she’s suing for the money. The defendant denies being an alcoholic, but admits she smokes a lot of marijuana. The daughter says she stole the money but only after she smoked a pound and a half of marijuana she meant to sell, and she needed to pay back her drug dealer.

Parents come in these type of cases and want to absolve any wrongdoing that happened when they were absent from the child’s life. 18 years old doesn’t make a person an adult, especially if they have had trauma while the parent was MIA in their early years.

From the drug abuse itself, but from the lifestyle and the people she's dealing with. Death can equal TOO LATE though we have hope of a resurrection.

I agree that she should not have gotten help through Judge Mathis people. She refused to admit what she was using. She’s not at the stage where she could be helped. Rock bottom looks different.

The moment she stole from her was her chance to get her help by having her arrested. Also her allowing the grandmother to have her live with her while she makes a living is not unusual. Judge really forced that girl to say her mom was the reason why she turned her life into what it is. She was back eirh ger at 11. That's pitiful of him. She a thief and some man probably made her do it to support his habit also.

in all honesty tho 2 months 2,700 is weed if shes smoking every day, multiple times and buying in bulk plus if she doesnt smoke alone. The mother was working on bettering herself and being a wife and student she wasnt adding a mother to that list. theres no logic at all in a husband and wife living together but the child living with the grandparents. grandma didnt help raise her she raised her period when she was dne with her job of raising a child at the point mom was 17 and got pregnant. When they say you can be smart education wise but not too bright in other aspects both of them are it.aint no way biological mom and dad should be married and neither have their child. I mean a lslide could be possible if parent married step parent and didnt bring kid along, which is bad in itself but both parents actually marrying is odd. she was stripped of a two parent household because mom needed to keep her plans going. Also girlfriend not addicted to weed she irresponsible asf and trifflin period. stealing from your mom like that is next level

I think the mother then would understand what she said is pretty cruel as the apology isn’t for you but for the person apologising.
