- Went to cabin for day trout fishing and lost shear pin in my antique outboard motor. Had to paddle back the old way, so I fished my way back 3 miles. Got a meal of trout and enjoyed the trip. Replaced the pin after I got home and ready to go again..

a great evening lots of flies
Wallace Vivian Flies are relly bad around here this year. Lots of marks. Seems the fly dope is what they are after now ahahaah.
Beautiful spot you got there, sorry about your bad luck, hope you have it running again now.
NLGhostWolf good as new and older. think its a 71. Have 2 of them, very dependable little engines cheers
Right on, at least stuff made back then is easier to work on then what you buy today.
Got ourselves a newfie here!
that you do, how did you tell? lol
Great video. I made about 6 shear pins after that happened to me I hang a small toolbag from the clamp with the five remaining shea pins on ready. I will probably never need another one now that I have them on ready. Stitch and glue boat?
Same here, fix it and bang it up; if it works don't fix it my motto...cheers
What a evening on the water!! Sucks you had to roll back!! Least you got a meal out of it!!
rodney newbury Always nice in the woods eh . yup got a meal of trout so kids won't starve today! cheers.
Too bad you never had the wind in your favor coming back rowing, but maybe the trout would not be biting so win win in my books bud!
Dave Wilcox Jr Thats the way to look at it. I'm happy. Love trout but the flies are something else; still have scratches!
