  • Welcome to another video. Today we take a look at downgrading our firmware 3.73 and others to 3.60 firmware Henkaku Enso Permanent!
    ATTENTION! : Guys, I had to cut the video short because rendering the last part which is enabling plugins failed and was giving me a hard time. Video is initially 25 minutes long. Worked on this for 7 hours! Wow! Part 2 on how to enable plugins is releasing the same day hopefully and will provide the link in the comment section pinned!

    Guys, if you have a memory card, it is ok to put everything in the ux0 folder, as long as it is the sony proprietary memory card. If you dont, then still put everything in the ux0 unless you have a psvita 1000, in which case follow Robles. Ux0 is always either the internal memory or the sony memory card unless you use sd2vita.

    • @GawrGurasBathTubPizza
      @GawrGurasBathTubPizza Před 4 lety +3

      put it on both, if you fuck up you have the sd card that can be used as a back up as it will recover everything, its even more important if you're on 1000 with NO card, you're close to being fucked because there's no internal space (technically there is in a way) and if there's no card the system won't use content manager, the irony is you can't get back in to use vitashell TOO get back in, i had to look up a side door called MLTHAKU you put the web browser allows you back into the system files to get vitahhell if you managed to screw up something

    My vita is on 3.73, I've got one of those white SD2Vita Pro cards. Does SD2Vita work on 3.73 at all? As far as I've seen people say you should downgrade to 3.60 or 3.65 but I really don't want to have to do all this risky downgrading as I've also heard it's common to brick the system.
    I've got PKGj and Henkaku and PSP ROMs working nicely but I just need more memory, I've tried setting up SD2Vita twice so far but it still isn't working. Once I've got the SD2Vita card in the Vita with my new 32gb micro SD, I've set it up on autoplugin, restart the system and go to open h-encore. Once it's open I press Exit and I see the Game Card Slot red light blinking which shows its reading the SD2Vita and I thought I was almost there but then I notice Exiting h-encore is taking a lot longer than normal then when it Exits properly the light stops blinking and VitaShell doesn't show the new memory, just the normal official memory card 8gb.

    Ok, so there was already a new tai folder. I changed the name on that one and changed back the old tai which I renamed to taibackup back to tai, and now I get an error when trying to start any homebrew app. How can I fix this. I can't connect my vita via VitaShell anymore. Nothing works. What can I do? If I want to establish a connection with my pc on my Vita, it asks me to update the sofware which I can't do. There is no spoofing anymore because the Henkaku settings disappeared as well. Help please. Thanks

    I dont know who this helps, but when you reboot after everything is done, and you get the "Please update this system" , press cancel, and then it will say something about memory card. dont freak out. go to your settings, go to henkaku settings, and go to spoofed version, and enter 3.73, make sure it saves, and reboot. this will give you everything back, and you can update your plugins.
