That first cop is just a flat out violent predator doing everything he can to escalate to violence. He starts on a lie saying they almost hit him and fled, then said they were eluding him when he didnt even have his lights on. He then walks up to her without saying anything and tried to grab her, when she naturally recoils, then he tries to gaslight into she was resisting him. This cretin was doing his best to get someone killed. I'm glad this one didnt get swept under the rug, that coward is legitimately dangerous
The very worst part of this is the cops actions were accepted as reasonable by the department and he kept his job. People in a country with policing like that are in grave danger and it is amazing that a country supposedly founded on liberty tolerates it.

People wonder why there's been a drastic decrease in the number of serial rapists and serial killers in the Western world over the past 20 years. I heavily suspect that part of the reason is that serial killers and serial rapists starting getting wise in the 90s and early 2000s with the rise in DNA and CSI technology, and the increase in cameras and surveillance. So the craftier or more enterprising ones decided to go to police academy and become police officers so they can get away with it easier. What better way to be a serial predator than get paid for it by the State, have judges and DAs back you up and help you cover up your crimes and hide the evidence, and be thought of well by a lot of the public all at the same time by becoming a police officer? You don't have to be a drifter or come up with elaborate schemes to find victims and hide evidence, AND the taxpayers actually pay you to prey on people for a living. That cop sexually assaulting that woman is one of those cops who would have been a Ted Bundy, Nightstalker, or Golden State Killer 30 to 65 years ago.
I pray she still gets justice for what he did to her. Despite his "bad luck" in a later crime, he still hasn't paid for what he did to her. (Joseph Roberts, the first cop that assaulted Trinity Clarke). It's also disgusting that he was sentenced to two years in prison for his crimes against his later almost-victim Siara Davis, but then his sentence was vacated for a probation and he has never seen a single day behind bars as far as I know. Unlike ANYONE else, he got to spend his entire trial and his entire sentence as a Free man.

True that yet those teens are never in that position had they not made the brilliant decision to menace the general public with realistic looking B.B. guns 🤷♂️ In Houston last year there was the case of an armed restaurant robber who held up the place with a modified B.B. gun only to catch a fatal case of lead poisoning from a patron with a license to carry.
They believed they were dealing with a group of teens on a shooting spree. They were taking no chances. Lucky for the teens quite frankly, the cops could have used their sidearms to make the situation safe. FAFO

Yea, I feel so bad for Silvester and wanna cry when I usually don't for stuff like this. If anything he should have gotten a ticket but they beat him and arrest him for getting his name wrong. Not to mention one of those white cops saying the n word
Yeah that's what bothers me! Any dealings I've had w\cops, they've always talked to me & explained what was going on & all. & that just makes it a lot easier! Yes, Ive not ever resisted or refused to do what they said but they've never told me to get out of the car & all that b4 explaining what was wrong. Seeing how many mistakes can happen on their end too, it seems like they'd see these ppl who clearly have a reason to distrust police & they KNOW their rights, & instead of trying to get them to just jump immediately when they snap their fingers, that they would take a sec to explain. Bc honestly, that really is ONLY about Power. Real Authority knows they have authority & therefore aren't trying to prove themselves at the expense of the people they are supposed to help. So, instead of trying to force these ppl to submit w\o giving them any info when they have questions & are adamant that something is wrong, they should just 🛑 & take a breath. Then ask the person to shut off the car & y'all can talk. Then explain that you're coming back w\a warrant for DV in his name. & That it could be a mistake sure & then just tell him u need him to accompany u back to the station so y'all can look into it. Then tell him if it's a misunderstanding you'll have him back out the door & on his way home b4 he knows it. No harm & no foul. The problem is that we have officers who enjoy power & authority & they like being able to make ppl jump for them & so when someone knows their rights & asserts them, they take it as an ego hit. Then you've got those that just judge ppl unfairly & assume they must be a criminal & therefore no respect or human decency is deserving. That's also🐎💩! A 5m calm conversation &Id be willing to BET $$ that he might have griped about it & complained, but he'd have complied & none of this would've happened! Plus, it's MIND-BOGGLING to me that they don't see it this way & would rather go in w\brutality & aggression, then have the video evidence shared around the world & the police force get another metaphorical black eye or mark against their image.
Everyone keeps saying it’s better to fight unlawful arrests in court. However, by the time you are heard in court, you’ve lost your job, possibly your kids and family if they decide they take your car you have to pay fines. you’re basic life is over. For in this last case an illiterate cops mistake
Right. The whole "innocent until proven guilty" thing isn't what it seems. Plus, you need to find an attorney who will take the case, and that could be cost prohibitive. I wouldn't rely on the public defender's office.
What’s the alternative then? You’re not going to fight the cops and win against an unlawful arrest. They won’t listen, and you get more charges against you. Better to comply, get a lawyer, and power through it. It’s messed up, but it is the world we live in. Lawyers need to go through 4 years of law school, cops just need a high school education… shows how ass backwards things are.
There is nothing worse than a police officer lying intentionally purely to try to arrest some innocent person. For that alone the officer in the first video should be sacked and never be permitted to be a police officer again.
Don't forget the gaggle of cops watching him do all that, never paying the least bit of attention to the girl's cries and claims, instead taking the corrupt cops lies at face value. The thin blue line must be snapped, and cops standing by while civilians are assaulted for no reason are a big part of a very big problem with law enforcement. all across the US.
The first cop is completely disgusting, no light's, lying, and she did nothing wrong and you exposde and assaulted her like a disgusting pig that he is, how ruthless and disturbing and this will haunt her.
...and the Chief should resign in shame that a half dozen of his employees stood around and did nothing to help the innocent civilian, with all of them ignoring the assault on the girl by a psychopath who happened to be wearing a badge, gun, and uniform.
I disagree on the second case. The spitting on the teen was absolutely gross and that officer should've been fired, but the dudes with bb guns were most certainly not "innocent civilians"
In an interview, actor Ralph Fiennes, who portrayed the villainous Nazi officer in the film "Schindler's List", admitted that he felt a sense of power while wearing the uniform. However, he emphasized that he was only an actor holding an unloaded prop gun. The quote implies that if an uneducated, unintelligent individual were given a loaded weapon and a uniform, they too may feel a similar sense of power, especially when surrounded by people who they wish to impress in a workplace setting.
For those last "cops" beating the hell out of the guy with the wrong name... If only there was a way to CHECK THE SPELLING OF THE NAME. Or it would be REALLY HELPFUL if there was a PHOTOGRAPH OF THE PERSON WITH SAID NAME. Then they could possibly LOOK AT THE NAME & CHECK THE PHOTO & SEE THAT THEY HAD THE WRONG GUY. Somebody really needs to work on implementing this name checking & photo identification process.
It's honestly repulsive that not only will the law protect police punching you, but that there was obvious footage of brutalized teenagers who were willing to comply being ganged on by men twice their size and even SPIT ON and nothing happened. They were 100% in the wrong, but for a public servant to so brazenly spit on a child and get no punishment is absurd
Blame the internal affairs division as well as District Attorney (DA), often the prosecuting Attorney. If they find case lacks sufficient evidence, they will avoid filing charges. Portland, OR DA once told me most accusations are true - just short of evidence. Always film the POO-PO!
I want to see Trinity sue the hell out of this police department. He sexually assaulted her by ripping her shirt off; physically assaulted her; falsified information; traumatized her & abused his power.
that first one is crazy. never alerted her with the lights while "in pursuit", never even questioned her, didnt ask her to put her hands behind her back, didnt inform her she was being detained, he just saw some girl drive past him, chased after her, tackled her and ripped off her shirt for literally no reason. thats disgusting. also in literally what circumstance does a 'suspect' 'speeding' and already 'being detained' require ~7 officers for?
It should be illegal to turn off, mute or redact bodycam. Only the courts should have the right to redact not the cops on scene I can see another office deciding to redact when FOIArequests bodycam and personal information is contained in the video. The police should not have control over body cam period...

On the first clip I agree with the judge this is beyond disturbing. And when the higher ups reviewed this the only thing they found wrong with this officer was his language at first language the depsrtment wanted to sweep it under the rug. I thought this was "Cops Realize They Destroyed Their Careers" it's not satisfying if your showing clips of officers being found innocent or let off the hook.
Maybe it's clips of cops realizing they destroyed their careers and going to court just to be found innocent. Then they realize they can still work lol?
She should have went in her house and locked the door. They could come back with a warrant, which wouldn't be granted by a judge cause she didn't do nothing.

The Dallas cop literally waited for back up before this happened. You know why? He was scared because he knew he wouldn't do this without that badge and gun.

The reaction of the supervisors about cussing being the only problem, is all too common. Hearing about some of these internal police reviews, it would seem that a police officer could murder an unarmed naked cuffed man laying in the street, and the only thing that a review panel would have a problem with is that the officer called The Suspect an a****** before he put the gun to the suspect's head and pulled the trigger. Another typical one is to let it be okay that you beat up an 85 year old woman in a wheelchair, but you shouldn't have muted your body cam.
The second case ,the cops were very hands on,his gun was registered, I feel so bad for Sylvester, All that drama for a speeding warrant and a mix-up in names..SMH
Officer Joseph did the unthinkable??? Really there are thousand and thousands of videos on CZcams with officers doing shit like this and worse. He's not one of the worst cops in America. He is just like the rest. He like his fellow officer don't care about the people they work for. Could care less about constitutional rights.
I had almost the exact thing happen to me once with a VA state trooper, when I passed a cop that had someone pulled over on the shoulder of the interstate he bailed on his traffic stop, hopped in his car and chased me down aggressively and proceeded to breathe me about trying to "kill" him. I was fully aware that he was on a stop on the shoulder, but traffic was too dense so I wasn't able to switch lanes. I had even slowed down and shifted towards the left to make as much room as possible. I came no closer than this girl had, and he really lit into my ass like I was some kind of dangerous suspect! It was jarring to be screamed at like that knowing full well that he was delusional about what had taken place. I just got a warning, but at first he seemed like he wanted to fight me or something. Maybe the fact that I'm a white male made for a slightly less volatile experience than this first girl in this video.....who knows. Either way, I hate to see any cop treat any person like shit, regardless of who or why. Its not right
i have mixed feelings with the second case. the teens very much FAFO and i can also understand the adrenaline from the cops due to a weapon involved. but the beating and spitting once they already had them subdued is ridiculous too.
unrelated to the content of the video, but your content is very well covered! thank you for covering these stories and being so respectful of the people affected.
One thing I never see in any of these videos of police failure, is the barest shred of remorse. God does not give forgiveness without remorse, so its obvious where these so-called men will go when they die.
People can change at various times throughout their lives. So, no one needs to be declared a bad person. However, during the time that a person is a cop or a politician, they are bad people. Once they're able to break away from the government sponsored gangs, they can become good people...if they want to.
The first video is really bad. It wouldn't be too much to consider a sexual assault charge. The second video was almost justified. Until the officer spit on the kid. That officer should be charged with assault, but the way the officers treated the arrest was justified up until that point. Aiming a weapon at police and causing a dangerous car accident while fleeing arrest is probable cause for the swift reaction, and being gentle was in no way an option. The spitting was completely out of line. The mistaken identity of the third video with a cooperative suspect and illegally opening his door then violently arresting him was out of line.
I totally agree the cops in the BB Gun incident were a disgrace & should never be allowed to wear a badge. However you stated that these teens were "innocent civilians" they most certainly were not innocent, however no matter the crimes they committed NONE warranted such intolerable, despicable, uncalled for, actions that these "officers" used. This was nothing more than mob mentality, so much ego, testosterone, adrenaline, etc in one spot, at one time, they lost control and they should've been punished fully for it!

My kids school might call, my partners kid school might call or her granddaughters daycare, our S/O’s might call, supervisors might need to relay info that doesn’t need to be recorded…Does some random tech need to know how many times my phone goes off because of my ring doorbell? Or the song I sing my kid to put him to sleep when I can’t make it home in time? Or when we swap between passenger and driver throughout the day without documenting it because it’s a waste of time?…we work more than we’re home, record us all day you might as well take away our personal lives because we won’t have any.
@@robarjaythat I agree with, I think we should have no control and it should be activated automatically once we notify that we’ve arrived on scene or when a radio call is answered involving action already taking place. Full respect to the first judge. Proof there are good people in the law
Wrong wrong wrong. This is what the community expects without exception from those we TRUST as overseers. BC one has performed his duty doesn't mean he deserves "full respect". Otherwise my local bus driver who performs his duties every shift without fail deserves your public appreciation.
@sbh344 Yes but until proved otherwise the judges actions are worth respect.
he thought he some good til nxt vid
Not sure why he let the driving on a suspended licence go. But there you go
@version736ha2 i didnt notice that, but i would assume because of the other circumstances he would want to let her off easy? She did get knocked around for no good reason and she was a teenager. I think its the same shit different day if she had weed in the car. It was still a corrupt arrest so the judge might aswell drop charges brought by an illegal search. Idk how that would work im not super educated on the law but i have noticed that when things get fishy charges get dropped.
Then he completely makes up stories about how people are pouring out of the house trying to attack him to heighten the response of his backup officers.
@@frankclough380 There's always a reason why they keep their positions. Mostly corruption.

On paid administrative leave
@@genericamerican7574 Yeah, for real. That's what usually happens. Just watching other cases now in which cops are accused of crimes (and abusing the Rights of people)... but instead of the DA/Prosecutor charging the cops and going after them, they're arguing in defense of the cops, to protect them and give them immunity (to literally defend them from the consequences of their own crimes, in cases where one cop body slammed a man on concrete and another case where a cop shot a man for simply not complying, in which case he was simple crawling on the ground and was shot for it).
Cop randomly sexually assaulting women?
Prison inmates get stabby for less.
White cop privilege right there.
As I said elsewhere, who knows how many other women he assaulted before he was caught?
In the first video we witnessed unnecessary speeding and dangerous driving, harassment and sexual harassment, assault and sexual battery of a minor, kidnapping and a false report………from the police! That psychopath should be doing twenty years in a federal penitentiary, OUTRAGEOUS!
And if he hadn't been wearing that clown uniform and costume jewelry, he would be.
Pedophilia and child abuse. He was bored and sought out something to do and made something up.
He wanted to sexually assault her and no doubt got away with it, the fact that he feels comfortable lieing about it says alot
Right!? I've been saying this since it happened!! I live close to where that happened, and I immediately saw the way he tracked her, left the stop he was on to go on and stalk her at high speeds on those narrow roads in the dark without lights and sirens to catch up to her.
The only reason he called for backup was because she was loud and fought hard, and she had witnesses! Otherwise, I have no doubt she'd have disappeared that night.
And since that degenerate isn't in prison where he belongs, there's no doubt in my mind that there are other women he's already victimized.
Edited for typos
No wonder he wanted to avoid prison. He would've had holes that he didn't have before.
I agree and no wonder he would feel comfortable doing it considering he didn't get punished even a little. The first time he did it, he didn't get punished AT ALL. He didn't get punished even the 2nd time he did it. He got suspended so he got a paid vacation didn't even get fired for it or thrown in jail when he should have been.
Lmfaooooooooooo
Well thats a bunch of bs right there. In no way he "wanted to sexually assault" her, wtf are you talking about
IF IT TAKES 8 OFFICERS TO TAKE DOWN 1 TEEN...THEY SHOULD NEVER HAVE BEEN OFFICERS.
True that yet those teens are never in that position had they not made the brilliant decision to menace the general public with realistic looking B.B. guns 🤷♂️
In Houston last year there was the case of an armed restaurant robber who held up the place with a modified B.B. gun only to catch a fatal case of lead poisoning from a patron with a license to carry.
They believed they were dealing with a group of teens on a shooting spree. They were taking no chances.
Lucky for the teens quite frankly, the cops could have used their sidearms to make the situation safe. FAFO
@@justblairthompsonand after a 40 min chase they are totally justified in assuming those are potentially dangerous criminals and not just teenage prankster.
The more i eatch these videos, the greater my distrust of police. "Just do what they say and hopefully they don't torture you" is a terrible method of enforcing the law.
Even when you do what they say, they still torture you.
They will literally ruin your life due to their negligence in checking your information. And suing them doesn’t always get you tons of money especially after you’ve lost your home, job, and car. 50 grand is not going to necessarily give you those things back especially if most of that is attorneys fees. They really fucked this guy for life.
Yea, I feel so bad for Silvester and wanna cry when I usually don't for stuff like this. If anything he should have gotten a ticket but they beat him and arrest him for getting his name wrong. Not to mention one of those white cops saying the n word
That poor guy.
They didn't even try to talk to him and tell him what was going on.
Cops for some reason find it unreasonable to explain what they are doing. They're thugs.
Amen. The same goes for false accusations. Basically only a real victim has problems because of that. False accuser? Nothing. That must change.
They're too scared to go after real criminals. And even then, those real criminals are protected by democrat liberals.

Somebody really needs to work on implementing this name checking & photo identification process.
They could have checked all of that.
They'd have to be able to read to do stuff like that.
The officer at the beginning should go to jail for assault and battery along with false arrest and kidnapping!! Disgusting!!

Tell me you're a cop with rage issues who beats your spouse without telling me you are a cop with rage issues who beats your spouse.

It should be illegal to turn off, mute or redact bodycam. Only the courts should have the right to redact not the cops on scene I can see another office deciding to redact when FOIArequests bodycam and personal information is contained in the video. On the first clip I agree with the judge this is beyond disturbing. And when the higher ups reviewed this the only thing they found wrong with this officer was his language at first language the depsrtment wanted to sweep it under the rug. That is alarming we still have people in law enforcement that would review this and not find it disturbing as the judge or any human being would.

Its not right
Lost you at the race thing.
Pathetic.

This is scary seeing this happen to an innocent person.
sexual assault
The first video is really bad. It wouldn't be too much to consider a sexual assault charge.
The second video was almost justified. Until the officer spit on the kid. That officer should be charged with assault, but the way the officers treated the arrest was justified up until that point. Aiming a weapon at police and causing a dangerous car accident while fleeing arrest is probable cause for the swift reaction, and being gentle was in no way an option. The spitting was completely out of line.
The mistaken identity of the third video with a cooperative suspect and illegally opening his door then violently arresting him was out of line.
Definitely A lawsuit against the police department and the city
I totally agree the cops in the BB Gun incident were a disgrace & should never be allowed to wear a badge. However you stated that these teens were "innocent civilians" they most certainly were not innocent, however no matter the crimes they committed NONE warranted such intolerable, despicable, uncalled for, actions that these "officers" used. This was nothing more than mob mentality, so much ego, testosterone, adrenaline, etc in one spot, at one time, they lost control and they should've been punished fully for it!
i agree with you. the cops can still be in the wrong if the victim isn’t totally innocent
This is why I just prefer to stay far away from cops. It's not hate, it's pure fear of being unalived for no other reason but being black.
Does this cop have a family?

It’s terrifying that as a black person in this country you could just be driving down the road and someone will just chase you down and arrest you for no reason
