Hello everyone.... Believe it or not this was our first attempt at CZcams.. no editing, no fancy camera or camera angles.
I got my C1 licence when i passed my driving test in a 1 litre Metro in November 1996, i am thinking of borrowing one these to move home do it all in one go.
iguanna41 cheers
So you got it before 97 which means you didn't have to do any test to be able to drive c1 vehicles due to grandfather rights poor folk now like me have to pay for shed loads of licence category
Lol, I passed mine in 92 and used a 7.5t merc van to move home in one go 👍🏻
Welldone
what a kind comment thank you.... it was a very very long time ago at our beginning.
Dats competent
i have a category B licence (manual full uk)how can i get C1 licence and how much cost is it ,please tell me thanks
I learnt with FCD and it cost me roughly £600. You need to get a HGV medical, then pass theory test, hazard perception test and your practical test, followed by CPC test. Some people charge over £1000, I passed first time, and they were brilliant.
quality camera
Lol... yes it is... but it was 11 years ago... I took this video before we knew anything about CZcams ... since then things grew and I now have several CZcams Channels.
OK
The sound of engine is too loud
lol.... yeah, before the days of editing skills.... I know better now.
It's only a tiny bit bigger than a van. Why do you need special training to drive one of these, more money for the money grabbing government
Not the driving school?
Katie Smith it’s a lot bigger than a van I drive one it’s longer plus it’s wider and with a full load it’s more heavily
lol... kev, we never over charged our pupils but we did often give free time... its not all about the money... thanks for the comment mate.. made me laugh.
I drive one for a job. A long wheel base daf 7.5 ton. Just over 28ft long and 9 foot wide. A bit bigger and heavier than a van. One and a half times bigger than a three ton sprinter van. The biggest van you can get lol
Some 7.5 ton trucks are longer than this.
