Going to be getting my first pet millipede soon, so this video is very helpful!
I’m glad it’s helped you out! Best of luck with your new millipedes😄
Great video! I have 2 arriving tomorrow, I'm so excited.
Thanks so much for watching! They’re a great species to own😄
Another thing to add to my list! Haha awesome video! ❤️
Thanks for watching! I already have babies in my colony 👀👀
great vid👍 im getting 1-2 ivories very soon, i got a free 10 gallon tank im using and its been fun setting it up
for my substrate i used zilla jungle mix, earthworm castings, decaying leaves, white rot wood, sphagnum moss, horticultural charcoal, and sprinkled some calcium then mixed it all up.
Thanks for watching! Sounds like an awesome mix and hoping you get good success breeding them 😁
That's much better mate. No spiders 😆Got to love millipedes, this species especially. Once you get the ratio right they will breed like rabbits.
I’ve already got some babies cropping up!
How do you know if the food in the substrate finished?
Is tetramin tropical flakes safe for millipedes? I’m gonna get a phillipino blue a bumble bee and a pill a pede
They do have cute faces.
It gets really got here. Like high 80s maybe 90 indoors.
Does the moisture in the enclosure keep the temp tolerable for them?
Thanks, anyone with an answer
A light spray does help you cool down but try to keep lower to the ground
