The whole time I was listening to him (with a knot in my throat) I was saying to myself, his version of this song should be the anthem for anyone suffering! I watch so many love ones deal with mental health issues and I know the v journey's not easy. Try to stay strong and know there will be better days. Find one, safe enjoyable activity that brings you joy and take one-step at a time to make that special thing flourish. Know that you are a voice in this world and your words and honesty reach and help others. May you have a wonderful day!

I suffer from depression and anxiety. Nearly paralyzing anxiety. I've had terrorizing anxiety attacks. It's very scary. But, once my doctor figured out what medication I needed, I'm back to my old self. Don't get me wrong, I've had my moments, but they're far and in between. Talk therapy has helped me as well. I'm telling you this so you know you're not alone. And that's an understatement. No matter what you are going through, you will get better. It takes time. But, there are great days waiting for you in the future. And when you look back at hard times, you will realize how strong and capable you actually are. Just have faith. God will be behind you every step of the way. He knows your heart better than you do. He will take the weight off your shoulders. You can do this. ❤💕

Write on yt Dimash "Sos d'un terrien en détresse", version 2017. It is thanks to this melody that he is followed in more than 80 countries around the world and by tens of millions of people. He is a prodigy who sings in 12 languages, moreover he is very beautiful. Doctors and psychologists recommend to listen to him because he as a balm for the soul. I think you appreciate him. 😊
@@dariana.. I don't like voice color of Dimash Kudaidergen. He is using a lot of falcetto. I am professional in music. And since 1980- th when I was studing, untill now I have listened a lot of different voices in different ranges and gifferent musical genres. There was and there are much better contr- tenors then Dimash. In 1988- 1989 I was in consert of exelent contr- tenor Eric Kurmangaliev (he past away early, in his 50th, so I am not sure that it possible to find his recording in YT).... I know voice color of contr- tenors: it's very hight, but it's still has "manly" overtones, usualy the sound of contr- tenor voice is strong, "dry" and consentrated verticaly.... Voice color of this singer is opposite to sound of contr- tenor: is "oily", "thick", wide, consentrated more horizontaly than verticaly etc'- more like woman's type of voice delivering. I think that this singer has some issue with hormons.... One more thing: his voice reminds me histories about castrates and their's very special singing 😄

HE breathes music ! He sleeps with music ! Yes it's a phenomenon because He knew how to keep HIS high voice of "pubescence"! HE's not a castra... So HE is a man, a real and a very charming man... The producers probably told him to say that as he had to look at a piece of paper just to say negative stuff, I think he’s hinting that it wasn’t his doing!
