"Little Titties" 🤣 You crack me up with the things you say, like the time you and Mike were driving thru Punxsutawney, PA and saw all of the groundhog statues. This is what I like about your channel. Down to earth, spontaneous and practical. I've learned a lot watching you tinker away. Thanks for letting us in on the action with your videos.
Thanks alot Gary!! We appreciate you hanging in there with us!!☺
Patience is what separates craftsmen from hacks like me. Never in a million years would I spend 6 hours scraping glue with a razorblade. This is why I can never have nice things lol. Great work!
Thanks alot Cal!! Sometimes I get so focused on something I lose track of time!! I got way too carried away with that!!☺
...lookin' great, nice to see old iron come back to life, keep well and have a good week....
Thanks alot Bob!!☺
Thank you for making all these! Ive been messing with my 64 and these videos cover so much it is really appreciated!
That's cool!! We appreciate you watching!!
Alright, keep up the good work. Thanks for the look.
Thanks alot Mac!!☺
I dig the green color!
Yeah Buddy!! Tropical Turquoise, looks even nicer in person!!☺
You get to see how all your efforts have paid off with that first coat of paint ! Its just extra undercoating with the extra glue for the rubber around the door ! 👍
Yeah Buddy!! I'm glad I did the passenger side first, that way I won't make the same mistakes and see them every time I enter the Truck!!☺
Looking good Buddy👍
Hope all is well👍
Thanks Bruce!! We're doing well!!☺
Looking good Buddy and worth the extra effort
Thanks alot Lloyd!! We're so deep in this thing now we gotta go the extra mile!!☺
I’m in the middle of working on my 1966 F250 and when I started I told myself I was only going to fix the rust out around the cab and rain gutters and just replace the windshield and the seal. Well once I started I kept fixing everything I ran into. I think it’s called the domino effect. LOL!
Looks fresh RK.
Thanks Mate!! It finally feels like we're getting somewhere!!☺
That color really looks good.
Thanks Matt!! Yeah I'm lovin' it!!☺
Wow thats a nice color. Like a fender american strat i once had.
That's great your taking the time to paint all the jams and install new rubber. That will sure make for a nice looking truck. All the details taken care of.
Thanks alot Wyatt!! I'm so far into this truck now I gotta go all the way!!☺
Great video mate a lovely old truck
Thanks alot Mate!!☺
Those doors look better than factory🤓
Thanks Buddy!!☺
Like the color, Good Job RK !!
Thanks DL!!☺
Dang, that is a great color.
Thanks alot Tex!!☺
That color looks so good I think I would delete the door cards. Some button heads in the holes and a cover over the bottom hole. You are doing an awesome job .
Thanks Ron!! I agree with you!! That top panel really doesn't do anything for it!! I have a parts Truck that doesn't have the holes and Ford did a great detailing that area with the indents!!☺
Nice job on door looks great..
Thanks Steve!!☺
Wow....major project.......pretty impressive u can do this!!
Thanks Bud!!☺
Always nice watching the master at work. Most people would not of done the 2 tone paint seam inside the door jam like that. Nice touch buddy. I like the color.
Thanks alot Bob!!☺
I like that color, RK. came out good!
The Dennis Carpenter parts are worth the extra money. They always fit better than the imported stuff.👍👍
Thanks Tony!! I hated to put DC weatherstripping on that ratty old truck but it did make the job alot easier!!☺
Great to see the progress - that old girl is looking better all the time. I'm guessing you're trying to get as much done before the weather won't let you :)
Thanks Chris!! Yeah we're lovin' this weather, we're getting alot done!!☺
Nice job, Roady. Lots of good little tips there. It looks very nice where the two colours meet on the pillar.
Thanks alot Mate!!☺
Great job King , I bet that paint is way better than the stock stuff ! Looking better every time I see it .. ENJOYED
Thanks alot Shawn!!☺
Good Work Roadking
Thanks Joe!!☺
Yup, that's a good job well done. Great instructions here too,
Thanks ROADKING!
Thanks Reg!! Good to hear from ya Bud!!☺
Man you have put a lot of work into that truck but is sure is taking shape. You sure can lay a nice coat of paint on the door jams. I can hardly wait until I see you do the rest of the painting. This will be an eye catcher when finished for sure. Thanks for the video's.
Thanks alot DBut!!☺
nice work friend , ill get there one day , im going to beat out dents and get my truck all back together then do body work , have a great day buddy
That old Chevy in the garage doesn’t deserve that should sell to me for a new future.
3M Scotch Brite 7447. I've been using them for years. I get a box at a time.
Yeah Buddy!! About 360 grit!!☺
Good job broski
Thanks Buddy!!☺
Yeah velour does that. Had black velour seats in my 74 yota hilux. Turned gold after awhile.
I had a 75 with the 22R Engine, those things were bulletproof!!☺
@@805ROADKING 18rc? Except for timing chains here. Lol.
That color is sweet, truck is going to look awesome. Great work RK.
Thanks Duff!!☺
Great video RK - gotta love new weatherstripping. Looks real nice :)
Thanks alot Jerry!!☺
I got dennis carpenter for my 83 f150👍
First commenter! Can't wait to see the finished truck.
Always good to hear from you Bud!!☺
Nice work, I hate that job. Always get glue everywhere. For stripping that old contact cement, I wonder if one of those 3M adhesive remover rubber wheels would work. I've used them on vinyl decals and glues on modern paint and they work great.
Thanks Tip!! Yeah I bet the rubber wheel would have worked well!!☺
Sounds like them door hinges need the mice evicting... :P
Yeah Buddy!! We'll have to oil them up after we paint everything!!☺
Looking good. And your much like me. Im so picky about paint its why I don't really paint things. Also you guys gonna make the coolspring show? Finally have the show dates instead of hearing about it a week after it happened lol
Thanks Steve!! Yeah we'll be at Coolspring on the 15th!! We won't be setting up, just hanging out with friends!! I'm sure you'll find us wandering around!!
👍👍👍👍💯💯💯💯
Thanks Buddy!!☺
Looks good just need to slow down the camera makes it hard to watch like a bad ride in a amusement park. Keep up the good work
Thanks RH!!☺
