    Vietnamese cuisine is one of, if not the best cuisine in Asia, with a very very decent price. They make their dishes with all their professionalism, passion and love of the food, that is why their food is so delicious and heart-warming

      Vietnamese cuisine unlike American is completely healthy, no fillers or processed meats. In all my years of eating pho i have never come across an Asian individual who was obese unlike my fellow countymen.

    I’m Filipino but Imo nothing compares to Vietnamese food. Always fresh, healthy and filling. Their food is so good and guilt free. I especially love their version of fried Chicken, spring rolls and my all time fave pho! Traveling to Vietnam one day to just eat is in my bucket list. 😍

    Vietnam we are a small but very cute country, they always smile, overcome all difficulties in life, and Vietnamese cuisine is as simple and beautiful as their people, not too demanding. Unlike other countries, there is no fast food Vietnamese food is colorful, thank you for coming to Vietnam

      Gordon is only angry when people who have been chefs for years make stupid mistakes. Kids or home cooks who haven't had professional experience he doesn't hold them to a high standard so is pretty chill with them.       I remember laughing tears when I first heard that chef "Boyardee" offed himself, never realizing that it was actually a TV-cook. Well, look at it from the bright side: at least it wasn't Gordon Ramsay or Andrew Zimmerman. Saw some episodes later and he kinda struck me as a rather pretentious prick, so "meh".

      To think that everyone who watches at least sometimes Gordon Ramsay's TV reality show probably heard about her and that soup, he even told in MC that this was the best dish he ever tasted yet she makes 10$ per day. If I were Gordon Ramsay I would have paid her that soup its weight in gold (and bought her a new boat....and paid her the teeth job and probably and probably kidnapped her at the end so she could work for me and in better conditions and being paid well for her talent (after all she is not getting any younger and this is a hard job).
      Then again maybe she is just happy as she is.

    Im feel so pround of myself because i was born in vietnam where has amazing cuisine ! In North,south and middle of Vietnam we have different local street foods,i hope you can spend more time to get to know and enjoy those kind of fresh food in Vietnam!

    Vietnamese cuisine is absolutely superb. One of the reasons I came here to continue my career after working in the Philippines for 25 years. Filipino food is great, but Vietnamese dishes is a notch highier. Ngon qua

    This shows why Gordon Ramsay is such a good cook. He listens very well to know all the information about the dish before he makes it, he has fun with making the dish and that is what matters. I am not going to sit here and pretend to be a 5-star chef but to me, Ramsay's enthusiasm is clear and he deserves the respect and fame that comes with being a good person and being a person like him.

    "Di Hai" isn't her actual name. It's more like a nickname for people to call her. Literally it also means she's the first of the children in the family so she is also called "Di Hai"

    My wife used to love French foods. We used to eat out at French restaurants once a month or on a special occasion until she discovered Vietnamese foods. Now instead of wasting hundreds of dollars with unhealthy foods and lousy services at any French restaurants in the US, we eat out every weekend at Vietnamese restaurants.

      Yes, it is true. The beauty here is the Vietnamese people successfully turn French Baguette into its Banh Mi. As we eat enough French cuisine in our life, we can easily tell the difference between French Baguette vs Vietnamese Banh Mi. The skin of French Baguette is very tough and the dough is heavy. If you leave the French Baguette outside for more than a day, you can kill someone if you throw it at them. Vietnamese Banh Mi is crunchy on the outside, but soft and chewy on the inside. If you leave it outside for more than 2 or 3 days. It is not a problem. You can just microwave it. You can also toast it or cut it into pieces, deep it in egg, garlic, salt, butter, and then fry them. Dawn it. I am hungry just think about it.

French toast i think it's called in english, basically eggs milk and sugar where you dip the bread before frying them in a pan, it's delicious. But i have to say our cuisine can't compare to asian one, i have travelled a lot and thai food is my favorite. I'd also add that any baguette outside of France can't be compared to fresh out of oven one from a local baker ;)
