And it's also not very easy to commercialize like normal fishermen as picking them up one by one is much slower than dragging a net around and getting thousands of fish per harvest. My point is you can't catch them as fast and easily as normal fish

Many years after this video was published at the Gordon Ramsay channel, but definitely yes, Alaskan King Crab is great. I was provided some by an aunt and her teaching friend back in the 1970s, but I didn't boil it in water. Instead, I learned to use white wine. It was great and the legs definitely had plenty of flesh. VERY pleasant. The legs had more than I needed for one meal. The legs of the King Crabs in this video, however, seem somewhat thinner. I only had to eat the flesh of the upper part of the leg, for this was plenty, and this left the flesh of the rest of the leg for a separate meal. It was Alaskan King Crab and I don't know that it is the same King Crab as in this video.
I don't know that the legs that I was provided in the 1970s were longer than the legs shown in this video, but my guess is that they had more thickness, so more flesh. Damn good seafood and what I learned was the best way to cook it was with use of fine white wine, so that is how I cooked it. Excellent. But, I wonder how much it continues to be available today, given the problem with over-fishing.
