pewdiepie ptsd
Aw aw aw aw... beeep
You give great tips
Black Suited Spider-man y
skullgirls is really good to teach some of the mechanics necessary to this game since a few characters have those abilities but a bit slower or more forgiving. It's pretty darn cool
I was gonna say, clicked on a couple of this guys vids and it's almost like he's reading from the skull girls training room.
Fr broo
Nobody cares about skullgirls here jesus
Can you make a video on how to improve your neutral game and how to approach your opponent?
Such a well-presented tutorial! I’ve been able to reach some intermediate levels of play thanks to your videos. Some things I need to work on that maybe you can explore in a later video.
- Really creating a good balance of offence and defense in the neutral. For example when to identify that it’s ‘your turn’ and when to recognise when something’s safe/unsafe
- Times when reflect will most definitely work (or at least when to identify a gap to use it.)
- How damage scaling can affect LONGER combos with diminishing damage returns
- Sparking TOD combos (not so important but say as an option for if you’re winning and you don’t feel like you’re going to have to pop a level 3 sparking that match.
Thanks Globku! Keep up with the awesome content.
Such a late comment but had to make it. Thanks for the vid man. The exercises help me. Just got into this game.
Great tips. But empty jump dragon rush is also something to consider.
Video Recommendation:
Building a Team!
For example, teaching concepts like Point, Assist, and Anchor. Explaining how to find what character is better for what position. Teaching how to find chemistry in DHC's and more. I remember you making a video like that b4, but a bit more depth onegaishimasu!
ÀbßølūtēlyÁbßürd I agree, this would be a good idea. I have a few anchors I like, and a couple assist characters, but I’m still trying to find which point fits me best.
So far, for point I shuffle between Hit, Teen Gohan, and A few others. I like all of them, but I don’t “love” any of them yet.
Sweet! You gave the homie Behrudy a shoutout! :D His videos are awesome! He's underrated!
As a noob this was a very useful and detailed guide! Thanks for the exercises and keep up the great work!
Globbbbb thank youuuu. Instant air dash to me is something I’ve been trying to master for a long time, seeing that the button inputs on the D-Pad have to be substantially fast. Mucho love
I thought this was about people starting every single match with a super dash...
this is better though...
Doelie Waaje if you dont i.a.d at the start of the match there is something wrong
no I'm talking about a SUPER dash...
Doelie Waaje lmfaooo chase?
the noob of games Nah actually you should just jump backwards the start, not iad.
Brennan Pline i didn't mention a direction because some rush down players go forward i think the vids i uploaded so far i do both
One of your best videos. Super helpful bro, good work.
1:52 thought I was watching pewdiepie for a sec
Amazing video. I have been looking for a video that describes this in detail. Thank you.
Your tutorials are very compehensive, thanks as always Globku. Could you maybe talk about some advance sparking techniques like empty vanish?
I had trouble with the attack after a iad but then I practiced for like an hour and got it. Cool story I know. Seriously though I thought it was super hard, like I could never get it. Then I got the timing and it was super easy. Funny how that works.
Thanks bro i needed it
I appreciate this tutorial sir your way of explaining is very simple to understand which is good
Great tips and good breakdown👍🏾👍🏾
Like another comment mentioned, I think a video detailing the specific purpose and strengths you would want for Point, Assist, and Anchor characters would be very helpful. (I’m still trying to find which points I like best personally)
Also, you could do it separately or in the same video, your opinion on which characters are best in each of those roles and your reasonings for why.
I have an idea for a video, optimal combo extensions. I find myself able to do the first bit easily enough, and chase them into the air, but I usually cap out at around 10 hits when I often see you getting to around 14-17 before going into supers or anything. Thanks for the great videos!
Already made a combos video mate
Oh yes, I saw your character breakdowns but I missed that one. Thanks!
This is kind of a character specific idea but jump canceling on attacks other than a 5m. Specifically what comes to mind is Majin Buu has to jump cancel off his 5l since his 5m is an overhead and I cannot for the life of me figure it out (also that leads me to believe that every chatacter might be able to jump cancel off more than a 5m)
SEVENTH!!!not that it matters.....great vid btw!!
So at about 6 and half minutes you talk about timing the medium after IAD and you can actually hold back/towards the opponent and it will auto correct the medium without having to worry about pressing it too early.
You're great ma dude
How to increase chances of countering/escaping combos. That would really help!!!!
Im just not fast enough to press forward right after i diagonal jump.
I don't get what im doing wrong.
i actually double tap diagonal forward twice works for me
You can do it!
It takes alot of practice but when you master it you will pressure the fuck out of people in the game
If you want to get faster, sometimes you need to play other games. I recommend spending about a week playing Piano Tiles. It sounds silly, but that will increase the speed of your fingers which will help you with IADS
Keep in mind that you have to let go the analog before pressing forward. It would be in japanese notation 9 5 6
thanks bro i swear helped me a lot at the game
Globku great tips, I would like to see a video tip on how to start a combo after a vanish.
I know how to do it but its hard to dash and start 2m right after, tips would be helpful.
Love the channel! A video on wall instant vanish with Wall bounce combo/dragon rush would be rad. Don't think I've seen any good ones with detail.
You-are-an-upcoming-youtuber-that's-doing-well-pretty-fast
Press forward and R2 wtf i learned something and iplay since release every day. THANKS Globku :)
its useful, but the risk is your using two hands to do something you can usually do with one limiting you to what your next action can be.
My thumbs are seemingly too slow to do it without the right bumper. Like, I’ll jump forward but when I try to tap forward again, it either just doesn’t dash or dashes way too late. And while I’d like to do the normal version, I just can’t do it fast enough to be useful without the bumper.
Hey I wanted to know if you could show some ways to extend combos when using sparking? Love your vids!
10:52 😂😂😂
u need to go for a follow up vid for a vs. high chars or playing as slow high chars.
my favorite teacher
Can you do a video on know how to/when to/what it takes to convert into combos random hits you get in neutral? For instance knowing what movement/smash attack options you have at any given point, and how to implement those. I have practicedy BnBs well with my mains, but i find myself only really able to execute them fully from certain starters. I never what to do of I get a stray hit off ki blast, assist, etc.
Because one I'm using a stock PS4 d-pad and it is not best for fighting games, and 2 I got beefy thumbs, ive opted to use R2 untill i get a fighting commander. Still got to train my thumb best i can for back dash in the meantime.
Fingers slow af
Great videos can you do asists combos and resets next please?
I can do It only froward on controller and sometimes backwards.I could never get it down then my arcade stick came in it became easy.Though my command was Upforward twice extremely fast. But Some people can do it on controller which I congratulate.
Nice video. I would like you to do a video about making loops.
I have trouble with it too
Awesome tips. It just sucks because I feel like you can be somewhat good at these things but it doesn’t mean shit if your connection sucks.
I can't do it on control pad because the right direction on my directional pad sticks a lot. I need to get a fightstick.
Do you have to press back two times really fast? Because it doesn't work for me.
Is there an easier way to do this on an XBox controller? It's easy with a joystock, not with a regular controller
this is really character specific but i'm not sure which normals are best to use after a block string and what moves are punishable for each character
Thank you sir !
Using guard cancel effectively? I seem to get blown up all the time for using a built-in defensive mechanic while wasting the bar: getting clipping into a full vanish combo, character i was trying to get out to heal gets snapped in anyway
can u make a video about tagging properties and when to tag and, timer for assist.. I find it hard to tag out when pressured becuase i have to press forward and assits.
i cant iad for shit with the joystick but can perfectly fine with the d pad but primarily use the stick to play, should i try switching completely to the d pad?
How to do the second down heavy in mid air that doesn't launch during a bread and butter combo
You said in your last stream to me that powerline adapter wouldn't be a good alternative to Ethernet. What's your reasoning? From everyone I've heard from they've said it's better than WiFi and the best thing next to Ethernet
My reasoning is: apperantly I had no idea what a powerline adapter was. Disregard my comments dude
oh okay lol, thanks for the clarification
It works if your opponent does nothing. (opponent pressing low circle)
its hardish but wavedashing consistently in a match is alot harder so for me it was fine
Have you heard the news about shinobi striker?
once you have a couple played matched under your belt (25 minimum), dont superdash at all, it can be countered and you can be punished easily with combos. use instant air dash, its more useful. you can thank me later.
Honestly my air dashes get punished just as bad when they countered with a superdash. I'll air Dash to start a block string, and they'll just super Dash me.
I time my air dashes terribly.
I'm on stick and struggling with air dash backwards. 7 5 4 input is so much harder than 9 5 6 !
That’s what sucks…. Guilty gear strive let’s me do everything because I rely on the iad with just the triggeres coward and back. Trying to find some other options to iad WITHOUT double tapping
use rt twice. done
What I need are tips on how to not break your d pad, got a controller and after about a year of playing a lot of fighting games it is now shit so I have to buy a new one, any tips from anyone would be appreciated
Get really weak so ur thumbs wont crush the shit out of it
Bro shoutout behrudy!
Hit or Tien in the lab bro
Just tell me when 👌
Wassup with the vue.js logo on the shirt ahaha !
What are you talking about?
how to block and hit while Cell and Gohan are doing their combos.
Guard cancel and reflect.. Dont guard long strings as every hit you guard is a potential break into death
been playing this game for a long time, i cant beat my friend consistently just because i cant do this method perfectly.
How do you predict when someone goes for a wake-up super? Whether its a lvl 1 or lvl 3 super
And another thing, a friend of mine asked to fight me in some arena matches a while back. I lost every single one of those matches. All because of auto combos, and the sad thing is, i couldnt do anything about it. I couldnt defend for my life of me. So i gave up half way through the matches. What i am asking is how do i avoid someone who resorts to nothing but auto combos? Here is a link of the matches i fought against the person. You can tell when exactly i gave up
czcams.com/video/zqVnn8WAEEE/video.html
Ps. The person uploaded the video without my consent. I thought it was just a friendly matches
UltimateUchiha4 practice blocking effectively and improve ur movement and offense. its very easy to deal with ppl who repeat the same thing. but ur in for a rough time if ur the type to give up. especially that easily and quickly. always fight through adversity instead of quitting. good luck
Wait for the third move of the AC to whiff. They will end on negative
A Tutorial how to use goku blue assist still no idea :D
How to extend combos?
Boom
Can you make a tutorial about players who constantly jump throughout the whole match
Check out Behrudy, the chamnel I shoutout. He recently made a good video about that
TGN Anime ok will do
Which is better joystick or pad?
Depends on u. Joystick for some, pad for others. Just gotta fuck around
How to defend against rushdown
An empty jump is just that... An empty jump. It's not requires to be an IAD to be considered an empty jump.
This is one of the most strategic fighters out there. I wouldn't call this game a straight fighter game. It's more of a real time strategy fighter. I DO NOT recommend this game for beginners.
I still can't do it at all without going high off the ground
Did he just quote pewds?.... wew
Goddamn I'm a red square and I don't even know how to do the air dash either, this shit is impossible with the dpad
Jesus Martinez just do it with right trigger, it really doesn't make any difference and it might be even better since any possibility of them moving past you before you dash just makes you superdash which is a great option select.
Rick Peters It makes a difference. You can't instantly press H after because the game register's the trigger as the H so no instant air Heavies. You can't back dash using trigger and there's a risk of super dashing. The manual way is better I just can't do it.
TheGracefulRogue you can actually do the hp instantly, you just have to depress the trigger before you can, it's literally nothing different than doing any sort of combo on controller, and it would only super dash if people end up behind you or if you don't input it right, it's a bit daft to say the other method is better when theres literally no actuall difference, i can do it just as fast and consistent and i use my trigger to do it.
TheGracefulRogue and backdashing in the air should be a concious decision, not one done on auto pilot, so you don't actually need any shortcuts for that.
Even air backdash is hella punishable, it's gonna take a few more months before people consistently dole out option selects against that shit
it's not hard, the trick is to make sure when you hit UP , you're making sure that your thumb isn't rubbing UPward again while trying to dash forward. Tap the buttons by making sure you're thumb TAPs UP then release then TAP FORWARD. that's the best way i've learned it so far for D Pad
i want to know how to counter attack.
counter attack
1:53 *BUT CAN YOU DO THIS???*
This stuff is beyond me
This is too ez for me...
Fuck i cant do diagonal jump
Yo let's battle! PS4 names?
Fowardth....

When I learned suicide is illegal
