The bite actually comes from the episode "I'm with Stupid", where Patrick's supposed Parents come to visit. Specifically when SpongeBob bites Patrick's finger as they're making fun of SpongeBob. But we all make mistakes.
I thought it was from those cereal box dentures SpongeBob got out of the mermaid man & barnacle boy cereal in the second mermaid man and barnacle boy episode
I kinda thought the windup part of the bite was kinda based on the pizza deliver episodes when he’s singing and making those long faces.
Well, both of you, it could be the wind up part, but it also could just be a reference to SpongeBob's stretching abilities. And when it comes to the bite, it makes a lot more sense to be the bite from "I'm with Stupid" since SpongeBob bites Patrick in a similar way.
Dude, I'm pretty damn sure it's from the strike episode, where Spongebob literally eats a damn support beam in the exact same manner.

As a dong slowly rises in the foreground (but to answer your question, they likely could only cause it to stay up while actively bending, and it likely wouldn't feel good, as in general the blood is supposed to circulate around, when it sits stagnant you'd end up with discoloration similar to a bruise and next to no pleasure.)

Chomp is from "I'm With Stupid", his Strong Dash Attack is from "Krabs A La Mode" due to it being a famous meme, and his get-up attack is Bringing It Around Town.
I love how many of the getup attacks are references

I'm excited to see you cover Aang and be disappointed that his moveset isn't that creative considering the source material :/
Dudes literally the Avatar yet only once does he use a move that’s not air, I know he mostly used air in the show, but he could’ve mixed his moves up a little bit
If you analyze you can see some animation that references the source material. It's Just that the animation is too fast to notice.
For example, i Dont remember what attack it was, but there's one where he Sneezes a load of air. As a reference to that moment in season 1 where the same things happens.

This is probably just a sponsored semi-joke one-off video, but I’d honestly love to see Know Your Moves cover more crossover fighting games aside from Smash like this. Sort of as an analysis of how different developers go about taking characters from pre-existing media and turning them into legit fighters. Like Phoenix Wright in Marvel vs Capcom 3, Shovel Knight in Rivals of Aether, maybe some PlayStation All-Stars characters if you’re into masochism.

In some of the GBA games, Spongebob’s main attack was blowing different types of bubbles. He also later unlocks the net and red glove.

So I would like to add that SpongeBob’s downed stated looks similar to Spongebob crying at the end of Pizza Delivery. Also his wake up attack animation from there is “bring it around town”. As many others pointed out his down special is the bite from I’m with Stupid. I thought it was obvious because of how Spongebob looked during the animation but I guess Alax forgot about that episode.
Some of the references missed were his getup attack, where he actually does the spin all way round of the bubble blowing technique, his strong dash attack was an intentional reference to his slipping in one of the clips you showed, since it also became a meme and if you go frame by frame it has the exact same position and expression and it.
Meanwhile, his crouch while being fairly generic, it's closer to him being all alone with Chip, Penny and Used Napkin.

If Spongebob ever got into Smash (Which would never happen) would you rather they take his move-set in All Star Brawl or do a move-set calling back to all his licensed games like Battle for Bikini Bottom, Truth or Square, Supersponge, etc.?

I always like to imagine aliens coming to earth and seeing Spongebob and saying, "What the hell is that," followed by a human explaining, "Why that's *Spongebob Squarepants,* one of the most beloved cartoon characters in the world," and then the alien just being even more confused.
The bites reference is the episode with Patrick and his “parents” coming to see him while SpongeBob makes him look good.

This was a nice change of pace for your know your moves series. I was not expecting you to do this. I would get the game, but I have been very busy lately and what time I do have, I dedicate it to Sora in Smash.
I hope you realize this means you have to do a Know Your Moves for Cartoon Network Punchtime Explosion now, right? It's only fair.
I guess in terms of moves themselves it's fine, but in terms of their playstyle, it may be hard to determine since not only are the movesets are sort of just a mess (Such as Aku) but I remember that one of the main things a reviewer disliked was that the characters don't really feel like themselves, or based on the tone/style of their show in terms of their overall design.

Does anyone remember when Alax would do a weeklyish series where he would play melee adventure mode and talk about his week. I wanted to go back and watch it but I can’t find the videos anymore. Does anyone have a link to them? Also Alax if you see this please bring that back or some low effort series where you talk about your week for 25-35ish minutes!
fart-bending is a real canonical skill that air-benders can learn.

@@IcyDiamond My idea is that they make her a Grappler but instead of getting close to catch the rival, you use the click symbol to get the rival close and follow with Dora attacking with her map, backpack items, explorer kit and a down special called "Swiper No Swiping!" that stuns the character for a moment.

Not a lot of people know this but in spongebob's bubble attack if you run fast enough YOU CAN GRAB THE BUBBLE and some other moves have this same feature

The "bite down move" is a reference to the episodes "Rock-a-Bye Bivalve", when SpongeBob is arguing with Patrick about overtime and "I'm with Stupid" when SpongeBob bites Patrick's fingers.

Couple little references in some easily-missable moves that I just wanted to point out real quick:
SpongeBob's get-up attack is, quite directly, the "Bring it Around Town" animation.
As for SpongeBob's ledge attack (and ledge hang animation), I believe those are actually in reference to Business Casual Man from Slap City, another platform fighter made by Ludocity prior to Nickelodeon All Star Brawl.
Definitely definitely wanna see at least a few more episodes of this. Also in Spongebob's get-up attack he DOES bring it around town!

1:10 there was an Avatar marathon of the entire series and the first season of Legend of Korra that had text boxes with commentary of the show creators. In one of them it said that Airbenders can airbend farts.
