I will have to make this for my daughter. When she was a toddler she loved gerber’s blueberry buckle!
I made a breakfast cake last night!!! I did pineapple, blueberry and mango!! I used oats and flour, baking powder, salt and white and brown sugar, cinnamon and nutmeg butter and a egg. I got my fruit all ready in a pot first with vanilla and sugar then I put a little condensed milk over it after it cooled a little, I mixed my dry ingredients then combined it all, took about 30 min. Was so good!! Was a small batch…. Thanks to you I can just whip these things up without a recipe!!!

I have my grandma's old old recipe of her's that is for Blackberry buckle! It's a family favorite for years! I've done blueberry and mixed berry too!!😊

I made this tonight. Loved it. I took my husband a serving and in a little while I heard him call "Yeah". I asked "what?". He said, "Didn't you ask me if I wanted more?" LOL I'd say it was a winner with him also.

Yes, you can double the recipe, just keep an eye on it. If you use frozen blueberries than make sure to thaw and pat dry.

As a baby Gerber had blueberry buckle baby food. My mom fed one bit for me one for her. And I've had it as a young woman.but they no longer make it. I might need to make this
