Cheers Pete, the younger ones love looking for gold but I wish I could get the older ones of the laptops/phones for 2 seconds to help out :) Thanks mate. P.S I forgot to say congrats on hitting 2k a while back, bloody awesome mate.
@@RockAndOre Cheers mate, the numbers slowly roll over, it's good to see the milestones. It's great to get the kids involved, but you can't force them, won't ever work.
The children went to great lengths and fed the Sluice properly. Maybe later they will also be interested in prospecting for gold. Very good that you protected your lungs from the dangerous stuff. Well done, Dan. I liked seeing it. ATB Peter 🤠⚒🇩🇪👍
Hi Peter, yes the kids are a great help and they do come prospecting with me sometimes. I will make some more videos of the family and I prospecting over the next few months now that the snakes are back underground. Great to hear from you mate. Take care.
Awesome!!! Thoroughly enjoyed watching you & the kiddies hard at work. Yeah, good to have ore bags without the guaranteed gold. I'm yet to pan off the bags you sent me, still recovering from surgery. Well done matey
Hey Sam, yeah it's nice to get the little ones out doing something other than playing with phones and laptops. I hope that you can recover quickly and get back out on the gold mate. Take care.
Thanks Wil, it's always a bonus to get the kids to do some work and get some exercise at the same time. Thanks for watching mate. I hope you are getting onto some good gold. Take it easy.
Looks like good ore you are crushing. Now way to keep the dust down when crushing. Amazing how small of gold there is in gold ore. Thanks for sharing your crushing adventure with us. I did sun to your channel.😎😎⛏⛏🔥🔥
Great video champ...a garbage bag taped around that discharge chute and draped over your bucket will reduce you dust even more. The dust on your clothes ends up inside your house. Silicosis is instant and builds up quickly in your lungs.
Thanks mate, I will do that next time for sure. I always wear my sunstrom silica rated mask but it would be nice to have less dust for sure. Glad you liked the video and I appreciate your support. Thank you AYE.
Good to see ya buddy , you're looking well Daniel . The kids are sure having fun . I was wondering if you grabbed , or , have access to a small welder ? If so , you might consider a piece of angle iron to the clevis . That gets you closer to the wall , this will keep your screen clean , and you will have better processing power . If not Pete might be able to help you with that . I love the no gold guarantee . No expectations to meet . Winner winner chicken dinner . Great product ideas Daniel . Hope to see you again soon my friend , and happy crushing . Cheers
Hey Steve, good to hear from you again mate. I don't know how to weld but my old man is pretty good so I might have to drop up there and get him to do that for me, good call though. I had seen Pete do something like that on one of his vids and thought it would work great. I am looking for a bigger crusher so I can up my production but they are not cheap. I hope you are keeping well and life is being kind to you my friend. Take care mate.
@@RockAndOre Pete builds them so you may want to have a chat with him . He made the last 2 crushers with a larger grinder as well . The results will blow your mind as to how well the angle iron will work , and Clean up better . I'm doing well my friend . Recovery is delicate , but it coming back to my old self . I can see it . Thanks for your reply and I'll see you soon . Cheers
Wow. Awesome video here. Checking in the East Tennessee USA here. Just checked the video and watched it. Nice job on crushing and sluicing gold ore. For me, I'm kind of still just learning about gold prospecting and panning has a hobby for about 3 years now.
Awesome! Thank you mate. Any type of gold prospecting is fun I recon. I have only been panning & sluicing for about a year now but I have been running around with detectors for about 15 years. Thank you very much for watching and commenting Jerry.
Yeah great idea pk, though I am personally useless with a welder, I might have to ask the old man to do it for me. Great to hear from you mate, take care.
Thanks mate, the kids love gettin muddy and looking for some gold. The hammers last for 50kg - 80kg of crush (depending on material) so it's not bad. They only cost about $5 a pair online.
👍 keep those kids working, mine lost interest around teenage years. have you tried welding on hardened plate or hard facing those shackles. you'll get more bang for your buck.
Hi Craig, I will keep them working as long as I can mate. I have some teens as well and they can't be bothered either. I am going to get the old man to weld on some plates for me when he gets some time, it's a great idea mate. Thank you for watching and commenting mate. Take it easy.
Hi mate, thanks for stopping by. The muncher is made here and yeah she does a pretty good job. The guy also makes bigger hammer mills. P.S We love your channel mate.
Nice Dan, good to get the kids involved, nothing like playing with mud having a good time. Good work mate, hope it's all going well.
Cheers, Pete
