Use smelting method with the same material, you will find some gold!! Aqua regia method is useless extracting gold from rocks .. ask me. You may need to use (jin chan or eco-goldex or any cyanide alternative gold dressing agent) .. thus you can work on a larger scale with less effort and more effectiveness .. good luck Hassan.

I know such ores, just roast and add hcl only until no more reactions happen, precipitate everything with sodium carbonate, wash many times, roast the precipitate to turn hydroxides into oxides, then grind it well, add diluted sulfuric acid, wash many times, wash with hot solution of sodium carbonate to get rid of any trace of acid,, then you can use nitric acid if silver is there, wash many times (including sodium carbonate solution ), then melt it
