I probably would have never watched atlanta but after watching 2 mins of this video I think I'm gonna watch this during summer break (it starts in 1 week) because this show looks amazing and y'know it's donald glover.
i have alot of favorite episodes but i would say teddy perkins, woods, new jazz, and it was all a dream our my favorites. all those episodes are pretty emotional for me to watch but i can relate a little to them, especially the al centric ones. and the final episode really got me too. i don't know if it was all a dream or not but i do know that darius is happy and is content. we know very little about him and his past and we don't know what his future holds, but we do know that he's happy, he's with his best friends and he's happy. and that's all that matters. this is definitely a very special show to me.
The critique of many Europeans in Season 3 Episode 2 is pretty great. Particularly in leftist and artistic circles in the US and I would say even among my fellow minorities here Europeans get a really undeserved pass on some of their racism. It's seen as a utopia for progressivism. I'm in several black travel groups and many folks have come back shocked at some of the backward attitudes. Among artists, the American left, progressives, and some portions of racial minority groups this was a wake up call. It seems that being a black american folks would really understand where they are coming from.
