We (non Thai's) are doing a vegan homemade Thai feast, and a few of us will miss the fish sauce haha, so I was going to make the Prik Nam Pla as a condiment for those that want to add it without fishing up the other dishes :-) I knew how it tasted from the restaurant caddy, but I had no idea how to make it, thank you again you are wonderful!
