A National Historic Landmark and working museum, Lowell’s is dedicated to preserving and perpetuating the art and craft of wooden boat building. I was glad to see that you didn't have to bail the shop. Highest water I've ever seen on the Long Island Sound (Guilford) in 60 years (barring hurricanes of course) during the same weather episode you described. Local marshes become lakes!
Winona II (the Indian on the lawn) was trying to get free !!! (even though she has no bottom . . . .)
She gave it her best shot.
Have a student create "content" for You Tube (like this) every day. Post a couple every week and you will have lots and lots more "subscribers." ~ Just saying. 😉
We're aiming to create a library of videos that serves as a high-value extension of the museum's mission. Subscribers aren't as important to us as views and quality, to be honest! Thanks for watching, it's always encouraging to hear that you'd like to see more. -Anne
