Just started my journey this weekend with crochet method. Will palm rolling help tame the fluffyness that I got going on?
Palm rolling and separating are the two most important in the beginning stages if one is utilizing crochet. Root rubs are left for more hand manipulation journeys that are not really tightened at the root in any way.
Also, yes, dry palm rolling is going to help the “fuzzy” stuff most. Damp is more for shaping them.
