Yes, some employers tell other employees that their co worker is out for jury duty. Oncology nurse is a very limited , specific profession, so she would stand out in a work place if she was, coincidentally, out for jury duty the same days as the tRump trial.

Trump is sitting right there in court during the process of picking a jury and it’s been reported he has been seen taking notes. How the H do you think the information can be kept from him? As well, the public knowing details of which can come through him regardless of a gag order. So far there are no repercussions to him speaking out other than some reprimands and previous to this trial, some fines. He hasn’t stopped jabbering away.

I’ve been a juror and I don’t appreciate this type of news coverage that tries to sew doubt about whether or not people on a jury can really set aside their biases. They can and they do - primarily because they are very impressed with the seriousness of the charges, they have been presented with the evidence of the crime as it pertains to the defendant and the charges and they are now focused on that and not the defendant. Additionally they receive instructions from the judge reminding them of the charges and of the evidence that was accepted by the court for them to weigh and the relevant findings that the relevant laws require that they must be able to make i order to find the defendant guilty. Lastly they are not alone in making the decision. During the deliberations some jurors may bring up extraneous matters like their opinion of the way the defendant looked and other jurors will very quickly pint out and remind those who go off on this type of side track that his looks or “fame” are not the issue and the jury gets refocused. Jurors take this duty very seriously and it is shameful that CNN or any other news outlet won’t help chip away at our faith in the legal system by allowing this cheap “both sides” nonsense. You really failed big time Jake.

I'm not sure how he doesn't grasp that campaigning does not supercede a criminal trial. Neither would a job. Neither would other court hearings. Neither would attending graduations. He needs to be taught a lesson and it needs to be soon.
