Because she's not ruling there's nothing to take to the appeal court, she falsely asserted jurisdiction after the search to slow the case, then won the lot against 2 other judges instead of recusing because Trump needs a solid. Everyone can see the evidence is overwhelming and witnesses were testifying about the obstruction of justice.
Because judges are damned hard to disqualify and even harder to remove. It was a safety feature to keep someone like Trump from firing good judges, but it cuts both ways. Once someone like Trump APPOINTS a judge, you can't get rid of them except through impeachment. The Founders didn't foresee an entire corrupt political party.

She points to the inexperience and lack of confidence of Judge Canon as ONE reason for her FAILING to actually rule on motions instead of letting them pile up unaddressed while postponing a case of paramount importance and seriousness. Had she sufficient maturity she would ask senior judges for guidance. Or, if honest, would ask to be removed from the case because she is in over her head.
But she has also made rulings that favor Trump's FALSEHOODS about the "Presidential Records Act" -- which means the exact opposite of his claim.

It just never ends. The GOP has dug itself into such a deep hole over the last 7-8 years and they just keep digging. My former party is unsavable at this point, and it will take at least a generation to overcome. Quite possibly two generations.
