The SCOTUS whiners must not remember when the court. was mostly blue... and guess what? Republicans made the same complaints about many of their decisions. Our original constitutional system is designed to have checks and balances. When we mess with them too much--and I believe we have and still keep trying to do more--it upsets those checks and balances.
