The finger diamond bellow, the Carolina diamond

The finger diamond bellow, the Carolina diamond, dragons breath or what ever other name one knows it by, this technique is one to learn and hold on to. Fire making skills are one of the principal skills to learn in bushcraft or any survival practice. We often need the aid of a bellow pipe but by using this technique you no longer require a bellow. It is surprisingly affective once you perfected it and quite easy to learn. I have known this technique since I was a teen but never thought much about it or it’s name. I guess like many other techniques people may know it by a different name but I’m most interested in how affective it is.
