Exploring Blend Modes in LumaFusion

I'd really love to see practical examples of where these different blending modes can be used. I love all of lumatouch's videos.
Keep eyes out--I (Scott) expect to be creating a video in which I'll unpack a few of the effects in a number of our videos, some of which will show a few blending modes off quite nicely. Having said that, though, the best way to get to terms with how they 'feel' in use is to just try some different combinations of overlay and base images, and blend modes (in varying strenghs of blend). It's fun and often surprising.

Blending is one of the most powerful tools an editor has to create effects. It's easy to grasp and if you're creative you can get very complex with it. Have fun experimenting in your next edit!

As usual another excellent video! I’m not sure how to use the histogram is that another upcoming video or did I miss it?

Hi Caroline. Just a quick question, everytime I made a new project then put my intro(with music), the next video clip fades for 2-3 seconds, I mean the audio fades. Do you happen to encounter this kind of issue in lumafusion?

This is some odd behavior from LumaFusion and we'll need a few more details to pinpoint the cause. Would you send an email to support@luma-touch.com describing the problem? A LumaFusion expert will be with you to find and resolve the issue. We hope to hear from you soon so we can get you back to editing in LumaFusion with smooth, stable audio levels.
@@LumaTouch Yeah I have been searching about this kind of issue on youtube and google but can’t find any though. If ill temove the audio and just leave the video only, the audio of the next vidoe clip will be fine.. So weird. Anyway, Thanks again
Great vid! Will there ever be an *auto caption feature* like Premier Pro? Would be a game changer for social media vids 🤯 Alternatively is there another app that can do this already?
Auto Captioning will be a part of the Subtitles feature we currently have in development. It's still in the earlier stage of building and we don't have a release date yet but it is coming. 👍
