DIY (Do it Yourself) Blend Titles, Tutorial - LumaFusion - Blend Modes
This LumaFusion Tutorial shows how to create professional looking Titles in LumaFusion that use Blend Modes to seamlessly blend the Title with the background
The tutorial covers the Stencil Alpha Blend Mode, the Silhouette Luma Blend Mode, and the Screen Blend Mode to achieve the effect.
Stay tuned to the end of the tutorial where this method is compared to Chroma Key.
This tutorial was created using LumaFusion 2.3
With the release of LumaFusion 2.3 you can now multi-select and copy paste between projects.
This means that you can create an assets project containing multiple Blend Titles like the one you just created, as well as intros, lower thirds and other elements.
Then, using copy and paste, you can easily reuse them in different projects.

Hello. Excellent video 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻😃👍🏻 saludos.
Thank you for coming back and watching my tutorials. Un saludo grande!
I already tried the blend modes, but never looked any further. Now I see way more possibilities thanks to this tutorial 👏🏻
Thank you for watching! There are many applications to Blend Modes that are not apparent at first glance. Check my other videos where I’ve cover some of those.
Fantasticooo😊
Grazie mille!
Great Video, I was making a video on the same topics when I saw yours. What a great job! Hmm, now I will find something else! You rocked it.
Great minds think alike! Up to you but don’t let me stop you from posting your tutorial.
this has a lot of potential for a million other uses, I finally understand what the video is about.
I’m glad you did! I agree, there’s a lot of potential for creative ideas in this idea. Please let me know if you still want me to pass you the summary we discussed yesterday.
ManantialVE what part, I read it through just now, and can’t really see what part that you are referring to. :)
Awesome!
Thank you my friend!
Faaaaaaaantastic !!
Thanks! I’m glad that you are finding my tutorials useful. I’m working on the next one, aiming for this Friday.
This is pure talent 😱💕
Thank you for watching my videos!
hey thanks for this video)
Thanks!
@@ManantialVE could you make vid about tumbnails for youtube with luma fusion only?
Tammy Sypniewsky has already done that. Here it is: czcams.com/video/PztSEVfGhzI/video.html
BTW, my thumbnails are done in LumaFusion.
I love it ❤️
Thanks! This is one of my favourite tutorials. If you are up to it check the tutorial about the Alpha channels that I just posted.
I hope you make a video how to make a cinematic video steady and stabilization without shake
It’s been done quite a few times. In a nutshell, you lock into an item in your video and you lock it in place using key frames. This is my favourite tutorial on the subject:

Also there are apps that stabilize the footage automatically. Here is a comparison between the 2 most popular ones; Emulsio and Deshake.

ManantialVE thank you 😊
Great tutorial 👍🏼
Thanks! Great to hear from you!
Another excellent video! I've always wondered what all the blend modes can do. Thank you!
Thanks! I have other tutorials in which I go in depth about Blend Modes. I did the Tutorial about the Overlay Blend Mode because I couldn’t find any explanation online that would answer all my questions. After I spent the time learning it it became my favourite Blend Mode.
ManantialVE can we utilize this technique to make these texts: starts from 0:21 czcams.com/video/_55kn8YdIC0/video.html. Notice those texts have parts of them fade in and out. But just parts of them not entirely. The best & biggest example is at 1:00. That’s what I mean
Yes, it is the exact same effect
Good video that’s pretty cool I have to try that
Thanks for watching! The tutorial shows just the tip of the iceberg. I posted this tutorial just a few hours ago and I already have ideas that I would have wanted to include in the tutorial.
Thank you for coming back and watching my tutorials. This keeps me going!!!
ManantialVE your welcome bro I am still trying to figure out how to make my edits better in lumafusion I don’t know if I am doing to little I want to add Different effects and stuff I guess I’m limited in my knowledge of Lumafusion to even do simple stuff
I’d start with the Luma Touch channel. Their last crop of tutorials is short and to the point. Most importantly, keep going, learning is fun!
Which app
This is LumaFusion.
@@ManantialVE thank u
