I'd also highly recommend listening to the B-Sides to the singles (Pyramid Song and Knives Out) from this era of Radiohead: The Amazing Sounds of Orgy, Trans-Atlantic Drawl, Fast-Track, Kinetic, Cuttooth, Worrywort and Fog. They are really great (some instrumental, some full songs) and show the more experimental side of the band during this period.

It’s a bossanova beat - sort of - syncopated 4/4. Anyway - song’s obviously the work of genius but when you consider that Thom, who can’t read or write music, is playing lead piano - well it’s double genius. I urge you to have a look at Radiohead’s live performances of pyramid song on Top Of The Pops - the pop music TV show we all grew up with here in the United Kingdom of Brexshit. It’s on CZcams.

A lot of Jazz musicians cover Radiohead.
totally. I've started appreciating Thoms voice more and more like a jazz instrument. Like just for this song, imagine it's a Miles Davis trumpet. He has the same kind of long phrases that extend way over the bars - and also has all those little expressive details in his voice that Miles has in the trumpet. Could totally work as a fusion era Miles song.
